On low vig baseball bets after covid, I see "fixed price" instead of action, listed pitcher, etc. What exactly does "fixed price" mean? Is it irrelevant if the listed pitchers change? Are they saying they won't change the odds pre game?

All "Team v Team" MLB bets are action now, pitcher change or not.
