    BABIBET scandalous scam

Does anyone have anything smart to say about this:
On 09.07.2020 when I logged in to my account with BABIBET I saw that 5,547 eur had mysteriously disappeared from my account.I was even more astonished when I saw in my betting history that on the previous day 08.07.2020 ''someone'' played on my account and on several occasions lost my 5.547 eur on live betting.I called them right away on the live chat and when asked what happened to my money I got the answer:

Mariana L.: Should you have any concern that access to your account has been compromised, we would like to suggest that you change your login credentials with immediate effect and to use a more robust password to prevent any breach occurring in the future.

I said that: I was not logged in my account on 08.07.2020 and I did not made that bets.So I call you who and from wich IP address logged in my account and done that?
    Their answer:
Mariana L.: I've already answered this question. Please don't insist on further.
Mariana L.: Thanks for contacting us.
    *** Mariana L. left the chat ***

I also sent my question ti BABIBET customer support via e-mail but I haven't received an answer to date?
The most tragic thing is that on that day, July 8, 2020, I was not even logged in at this bookmaker, let alone to spend my 5,547 money on live betting on several occasions in a short time with bets of 600 - 1,300 eur on over / under. I have never bet live and I never invest more than 100 euros. And what a logic for someone Mr.X to get into my account and to play there and spend my money (of course in favor of BABIBET).
I am sure that they did it themselves in order to easily pick up my money and now they are pretending to be dumb. I will prove that it is so. And the most interesting thing is that on another forum I met a certain Dmytro Murakhver from Austria who was on June 24 , 2020 in the same way robbed for 4,350 euros from BABIBET
    .
I wonder what is the logic of the existence of online betting when such criminal things happen.

Please comment and give some good ideas on how to suppress BABIBET criminals and how to get our money back ???

Welcome to SBR and I am sorry to hear that you have been scammed like this.

Unfortunately similar things have happened to many others.

You can read and contribute your story to this discussion thread https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...g-scandal.html

If you submit a Sportsbook Complaint form we can add you to the list of affected people SBR has been compiling. But Babibet has been stonewalling SBR the same way they do to you.

What surprises me most of all is that even after their scam has been divulged on public forums this sportsbook did not stop it and did not even change the way they scam people. They simply keep scamming people exactly the same way they did before. I wonder what their logic is: Our reputation has been damaged so much so we cannot rectify it so we will continue scamming people the same way. Kind of suicidal logic. They are not 1xbet who invest so much in promotion and advertising that they don't care about reputation.

How can I find out which IP address was logged into my account that day and committed this crime ??

Check the IP log of your router.

Ask them for the relevant IP and compare.

Fake bets there don't usually include winners and usually are preceded by a withdraw request.

This does not look the same as all the others.

Yes, I had a wihdraw request , which they canceled

    Their answer on live chat:

It's all the same, but this time they have added two fake winning bets to look more convenient.
