    1xbet didnt allow me to block my account in time

    I contacted 1xbet chat on 27th morning applying to block my account immediatly. They told me to apply via email address: block@1xbet.com. Which I sent at 4h37AM GMT.

    I couldn't control myself and lost all my balance on next days.
    My account was still open and running.. then I decided to contact EN support and they told me to contact another email and explain the situation so they could rollback my account to the date I applied on: I contacted block@1xbet-team.com and they instantly blocked my account.
    They refuse to help me fixing this because they say in terms and conditions it says block@1xbet-team.com but it doesn't!

    1xbet 2nd personal account over 400k€ losses

    Hello!

    When I open my 2nd account when 1xbet, they closed the first one. Shouldn't be illegal to keep my 2nd account?

    I deposited and loss over 400k from it. Any way to retrieve it?

    Next time I make a big bet I might send an email beforehand saying block my account so if I lose I can come back afterward and ask for a refund of losses.

    Exactly, there should be a pinned thread here that warns others to not use 1XBet, how they continue getting new customers is beyond me.
