I'd like to tell my story about betting in Betjoe. I registered my account at November 2019. I made several bets in a week. And my winnings and losses was not so big. Also I load my documents for verification and they was approved. So, my account was fully verified in December 2019. During December I made few withdrawl request and they were fully paid out during few days. In January 2020 I decided to increase my bets (Betjoe offers high limit for popular markets). I bet only for NBA, for moneyline. At first I lost more than 2000 USD, but after that I win 4500 USD (my current balance).
I decided to withdrawl part of my money. I made withdrawl request at 4th January after two days it was canceled without any reason. I sent e-mail to support@betjoe.com with questions about this cancelation but I didn't get any answer. I made one more withdrawl request at 7th January. It was also canceled after few days. I tried to contact with them by e-mail, contact form at site, by offline form in their chat. I get no answer from them. After it 10th January I made third withdrawl request for all my winnings. And one more time send messeges to them in e-mail, chat, contact form.
After it they blocked my account. And answered FIRST time to my letter. Their answer:

"Hello,

Your account is currently under review by our payments department (payments@betjoe.com)

I have forwarded your email to Arthur, he will be taking care of your case.

Albert
BetJOE Support Team"

I send them (to payments@betjoe.com) letter with inquiry about my situation. Withdrawl/Deposit methods I didn't change. All my last bets was on big markets (NBA moneyline).

I made complaint in SBR site 15th January. I get e-mail that my complaint accepted. But nobody answers me about it. Also, I send e-mail to help@sportsbookreview.com with inquiry about my complaint. But Also I don't get answer.

Betjoe didn't answer a lot of my e-mails. But 20th I get short answer from them:

"Hello,
We will be glad to discuss this with the SBR team.

SBR team, please, help me to get my winnings from Betjoe. I don't want to have deals with them
and make bets here. Only one thing that I want is that Betjoe pay out my balance.

I find it at oddsportal.com . I suggest that such popular and authorative portal don't advertise scam bookmakers.
I find not much information about Betjoe. But I see few reviews about them, and I didn't see information that they blocked anyone account and didn't pay out winnings.
I use Skrill wallet. Also I didn't claim for any bonus.

One month (from 4th January) Betjoe didn't pay out my winnings. Also Betjoe support didn't answer my e-mails about my issue. I sent 28th January e-mail to payments@betjoe.com - no answer. I will write about any updates here.

They're not as bad as some other odds sites for that, but definitely still some dodgy ones there.

I try contact Customer Service a lot of times through offline form at site.

22th February I get answer from support@betjoe.com: "Hi, You need to contact payments@betjoe.com since they are handling your account directly for security reasons."

I sent e-mails to payments@betjoe.com 11th February, 25th February and today, 28th February. Nobody answered me.

So, finally, I can't get my winnings from 4th January.

Please, give me advice - what can I do in this situation? I've already wrote complain in SBR site but there is no answer from SBR team.

Be careful with these liars, they give me a returning CASH bonus and after my winnings they claimed that it was FREE play bonus.

Dont play at crap sites. You said you played there because they allow higher limits.. any good book can give you higher limits than what they restrict at, you just have to contact them.

EDIT: And sorry, more than likely id be shocked if you ever received money. SBR can only do so much.

Unfortunately you are right. I fill complaint form at SBR site. But I get no answer or help from SBR team.
More than that, only one short answer I get from payments@betjoe.com 28th January:

Interesting how often when someone attacks SBR for doing nothing, it turns out it's simply them not able to follow simple instructions.

I'm almost done asking you to help yourself Dimka. If you want SBR help please read the simple set of words in that PM message and try to do it this time. Not anything else you decide is just as good like submitting a new form.

He can go to the scam forum who promoted the scam book to him and stop "promoting" its name here I think.

Support of Betjoe didn't warn be about anything. They simply cancel all my withdrawl requests. And when I requested all my money - full balance (my last withdrawl request) - they blocked my account. More than that I try to contact them more than 10 times through contact offline form (the chat was offline all time),through e-mail, I send letters every week to payments@betjoe.com . But I didn't get answer for question "what's wrong with my account?". All things that they do - block my account without any reason, don't answer my letters and, certainly, steal my money.

Hello! The last contact with representetive of SBR team was 1st may. After it I send few letters to them - but get no aswer. Betjoe didn't paid out even my net deposit to this bookmaker. I suppose that Betjoe is scam bookmaker.
