withdrawal issue with betmaster.com
evening everyone, unfortunately I have a problem with this bookmaker: I make payments for 2500e in various times, they make me withdraw 2000e and I still have 1700 to withdraw only that is blocked by asking for absurd documents for me: selfie with identity card and card I have paid, documents and contract of the card with which I paid. they told me that the times are 15 working days. but are they crazy or what? does anyone have experience with this book?

unfortunately my withdrawal is still impossible and also having won the account again and limited to 5 euros
