    technical issue on PS3838 with refreshment of lines/odds (asian view)

    Hello,
    Does anyone here know what's going on on S3838 with refreshment of lines/odds ??? I regularly see on my screen odds that are not the correct ones. This is an issue that started about one week ago! I've signaled it 3-4 times to my agent (AC) so that they forward to PS3838, but for now no newsand nothing's been done yet. Very complicated to use this book in these conditions !: sometimes one can see the correct odds, then 3 seconds later they display wrong odds (the former odds that were correct 10 minutes ago for example), then they dispay again the correct odds, and 5 seconds later once more they display the wrong odds, which existed 10 minutes before... What's this shit ?? Are there many other customers who experience that issue?? I precise i use asia view.

    When AC forwarded my message to PinNbet upline guess what their first answer was? " Clear cache and cookies.."
    When one explains them there is a technical issue on their website their automatic and only one answer is to clear cache and cookies... They hardly admit issue can come from their website. And yet...

    Well... It seems they don't care at all about customers satisfaction... Days pass but issue remains the same. I would even say that's even worst today, odds/lines don't stop "changing" by error, that's a disaster... Has anyone seen any improvement or is it the same for all of us?

    Yeah its the last 3 weeks, lines showing incorrect odds, old matches re-appearing etc Also the "sort by time" doesn't sort the games properly anymore, it just shoves all the games from which ever league has the next match playing.

    Software in disarray today. Couldn't even get a bet in.

    The incessant "line has changed" notice after every bet seems to have subsided; on my end.

    at least today you could bet, last week not even, in the middle of the match almost all the lines dissapeared, these last days at least they come back even if 5 seconds ago they show the lines that were happening 4 or 5 minutes ago.
    Problem still there, will they solve it any day? Who knows.. i think its more pinnacle problem than ps3838 cause in pinnacle i have seen how the lines even dissapear in the same time that in ps3838 its not that in ps3838 they are not and in pinnacle yes.. thats why i think its a pinnacle official website thing...

    Issue on PS3838 has now lasted for more than 15 days, and we can't see any improvement on the website. Do they care just a little about what customers say??That's almost impossible to use their website correctly, and what are they doing?? Absolutely nothing !
    Would it be possible for someone at SBR to intervene and directly contact PS3838 for us(or Pinnacle, as it seems issue may doesn't come from PS3838 but from the original Pinnacle) ? That way they may stop ignoring all of our messages ??
    PS: There will be a time when, at sbr, you will have to think about downgrading Pinnacle. They remain one of the main bookmakers of the industry, no doubt about that, but at some point that's important to consider technical reliabity. And for sure among all top books Pinnacle is the one that is far away the less reliable (technically speaking), so why should it be graded as high as much more reliable books...

    Noticed the font is slightly different today, and the other issues seem to have been fixed too (going on limited weekday markets for tennis and darts).

    I need to wait until the weekend to be sure but heres hoping!

    Issue has lasted for about 2 months now, and no improvement, not at all. AC contacted me several times by email. I provided them many screenshots to explain and detail the problem (auto-refreshment doesn't work normally, lines/odds that are displayed aren't always the correct ones..). They forwarded to PS3838 (PinnacleSports), and then ??? WHat's been done since? Nothing. So one must understand that PinnacleSports doesn't intend to do anything ??

    Just as bad as ever, old incorrect odds showing, games that started reappearing on the board. Absolute mess of a site!!

    When a line changes, it shows the new price, then on next refresh back to the old price. But if the line changes 2 or 3 times it takes several 30 second refreshes showing old odds, before finally getting to the actual price. Something very wrong, but I am guessing could easily be fixed by a competent IT person!!
