    MyBookie rollover

I unfortunately made the mistake of opening an account at Mybookie (im new to online betting) before discovering this site. Talking to their customer support chat people they have given me a rollover amount reaming that differs over $2k in less than 24 hours and I have only bet about $100 in last 24 hours. I can't seem to get a straight answer with their chat support and probably just need to call. I feel like they are trying to screw me over but they basically blame it on technical difficulties. They are going to have their "rollover department" look into it and have officially submitted a claim for me.

Anyone else have this problem? Also are there any good sites that let you track your rollover in your account?

On a side note I will never do bonuses again and honestly did't know I accepted the sign up and referral bonuses but they must be automatic?

I'm ready to be done with these guys if I can get this rollover covered!! Would be nice to know what it actually is lol.

    Illini-

Sorry you are having a bad experience betting online. MyBookie is not a highly rated site, although you could have done worse. I would suggest submitting a payout request with them. When you do that, the correct department will handle your correct rollover amount. When you submit the request, it will be denied if you haven't met the rollover but at least you will get an exact figure that way. They only count the amount to win towards your rollover. EX: Bet $1000 to win $200 on -500 ML. $200 gets counted towards your rollover.

Two sites that are great for bonuses, SBR rating and include an easy to understand rollover calculator would be Bookmaker and BetOnline. I'd suggest you go with these books next. I bet with LOTS of books offshore and while I too bet with MyBookie I do so only because they have very good bonus options. I don't mind the rollover, but my deposits are usually for just 1 or 2 betting units.

Hopefully you get through your rollover, get paid and can move onto bigger and better books. Good luck!

Join heritage. They are the best fiat book by far with excellent customer service and same day btc payouts. I never take any “deposit” bonus but do take advantage of their perks like 8th deposit free...rollovers with those promos are very reasonable

A few other people have had trouble getting reliable answers about rollover status too.

Your best bet is to just keep a simple spreadhsheet and keep a running total. They use the lesser of win/risk amount on each bet btw. Which may be making you think you've done more than you have.

Google has an easy online one https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/

Mybookie's Sportsbook and Online Casino Rollover Requirements:

All bonuses come with a "rollover requirement." A "rollover requirement" is an amount you must bet (graded, settled wagers only) before requesting a payout. You do not need to win or lose that amount. You simply need to put that amount into action.
For example, this bonus has a 10x rollover. When you deposit $100, we will give you a bonus of $50. The rollover is 10x the deposit + bonus. Therefore:
    $100 + $50 = $150
    $150 x 10 = $1,500
That means you will need to put $1,500 in action before cashing out. The bets are cumulative. So the more you play, the sooner you will meet your rollover and be ready to cash out your winnings!

Obviously the lower amount between the risk and the win and no pushes count. The support person might have calculated the amount incorrectly as well the first time. a. Did you lose or win your free play? b. If you won, did you bet a dog? Then its the win amount plus the deposit and fees x the rollover. c. If you lost the free play. Its the deposit plus bonus plus fees x the rollover. Shouldn't be too difficlut to ascertain.

Agree with others. In the future Look elsewhere. Longest, intentional, drawn out withdrawal process I’ve ever gone through.

withdrawal process sucks overall. but they do pay... you could've done way worse. You can email the chat transcripts to yourself when you get them to say the rollover amount... then do what opti said

Well, just when I praise them they cut out my ability to receive any promotions and things seem different there now... not for the good. I know Jake is over it? But is Robbie aka Zack involved in some way?
