Pinnacle does not like if you withdraw soon after the deposit

    Dear Client,
Your withdrawal request has been declined as we have noticed that your account has a pattern of withdrawing funds only to redeposit them the same day or a short period of time later. This behaviour causes us to incur unnecessary transaction fees.
We are bringing this to your attention as if this pattern continues your account will be set to be charged the full fees that we incur on your deposit and withdrawals.
You may resubmit your withdrawal request at your convenience.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

I play mostly live tennis on pinnacle, when the tennis matches are over for the day, I withdraw, because I have to use the money on another site. I don't understand what is their problem, I completed the three times rollover requirement. I asked them refer from their terms and conditions that the customer has no right to withdraw on the same day when he deposited. If I don't play today more and will withdraw tomorrow only, then their fees will be lower or what?

What do you think about this?

    I agree with Pinnacle.

You need to deal with someone locally on a nearby street corner or get a bigger bankroll.

No need to withdraw every day at a site like Pinnacle.

It's the all-time #1 book in the business.

Which payment method did you use? Was it an eWallet? Maybe they had the impression you only try to fulfill turnover requirements of your eWallet provider to benefit from a higher VIP level or something. Pinnacle is simply not a book for pulling these stunts at. I totally agree with Pinnacle here.

Best bookmaker ever, hands down. Fair policy from them.

You could withdraw every week... because once a day is too much.

I thought they had a 5 x deposit rollover rule or pay the fees?

Pinnacle covers all deposit fees as courtesy. If you are going to abuse and do transaction daily just to move the bankroll book to book everyday, then don't ask them to cover the fees. They are not saying you cannot do this. They are simply saying that if you are going to do that, pay your own damn fees.

    Small/rookie player.
I never had problems with their policy of free withdrawal once per calendar month.
When you have big bankroll this isn't problem.
