Royalbloodclub.com is scam ( dont pay, license is false)

I have made a deposit in this casino and played about a week. When I wanted to make cas out, they have rejected it. They didn't respond to my letters, my
account status is fully registered and verified.
. The reply from Curacao eGaming - Curacao eGaming has no connection with that site and therefore any references made to Curacao eGaming as one of the Master License holders are false and misleading. Thanks to Neteller I have returned my last deposit of 200 Eur. Other part of balance they have not pay out 1160 Eur. This casino is swindlers with the false license, you can do only a deposit, any win will be rejected.

I can't understand that. Curacao eGaming's validation page is listing royalbloodclub as registered site of Danguad Ltd which holds a valid license.

Recently I played at eatsleepbet.com which is a brand of Danguad Ltd and I didn't experience any problems. Fast payout, great CS.

You might refer to this article: https://game-protect.com/curacao-license-scam-1668jaz/

It says that gaming sites that claim to operate under the license 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ or 8048/JAZ have no valid license and operate illegal as the respective holders of the master license are not authorised to issue sublicenses.

However I can see no evidence for this claim in the article.

According to the Public Prosecutor Office in Curacao only the land based casinos are regulated and have a proper licensing process. In the letter they sent me as reply to my complaint against 90dakika they said:
"At the moment casinos and lotteries are regulated by two different organizations, whereas online games of chance are yet to be regulated in the anticipation of the legislation."
I personally stopped betting with platforms registered in Curacao which pretend they are licensed there.

I think Public Prosecutor might be distinguishing between a regulated system and just a licensing system as exists right now?

Not that Curacoa is the only problem. Even the MGA has made it clear to a player recently that they do not see themselves as a regulator with any enforcement power.

Not sure what the answer is but something needs to change worldwide.

In my view, in a normal world, only a regulator can issue a real license...and a platform which offers online services should deposit in an escrow account an amount from which customers are recovering the money in case something goes wrong with that operator...except few exceptions, nowadays it's a very difficult to recover winnings and amounts deposited...now with 20-50k anyone can have a site for sports betting and run a Ponzi scheme...
