    Youwager phone calls

Seriously are they that desperate to call like this. I do not mind being called if a promo is good. But they are all the same . Although i do like the wheel spin. But leave me a message or an e-mail.

I have a cell phone and a business phone i use for clients . First they call my cell and then after a few rings call my business phone (At this point no idea who is calling). Then they AGAIN right after the second call-call the cell phone AGAIN followed by ANOTHER call to the business phone.

At this point i am pissed so i answer and it is Youwager with the amazing penetrating 30% again. It did have a wheel spin but i was so pissed off i just told him i was not interested. To me calling over and over like that means they are trying to FORCE you to pick up because the phone will not stop ringing.

There is a thing called an e-mail which they have and an answering machine too. Jesus Christ.

Why in the world would you give a sportsbook your real number?

I dont mind a call and a message but to call my 2 phones each twice consecutively is what pissed me off like they were harassing me to pick up.

Oh i agree they are good and they pay. But these so called great promos are basically garbage although i do like the wheel spin i seem to do good with that but 20 or 30% FP is really not that great not even cash. They get all up in arms for a stupid $50 deposit . If they do not have the wheel spin i do not deposit.

If you call in and ask them to take you off the promotional calls list, they will.

Maybe not right away. It took me several communication efforts to discontinue solicitation phone calls. They still continue to send emails constantly. Fidelity group is actually a wonderful book as far as FAST payouts and high limit payouts at that. Not happy with bonus offers that are a deal of a life time. Normally 20-30%. And can only use free play for straight wagers.

Yea if it gets out of hand i will do that. I do not mind a call if there is a wheel spin involved but to call 4 consecutive times is BS.

I have never had a matching offer . I have not asked for it but have said is that the best you can do? A lot are $50 deposits where you will get something but only $50 which i like to do $150-$500

Every 4 months there is a thread about this topic. I personally like the phone calls because they usually give me a decent bonus. Last time it was a $50 Freeplay on a $50 deposit. I don't like depositing 1000's at a sports book. I'd rather deposit small and build it up. Anyways if calling people is the only thing people complain about with this book than they are doing something right. And if phone calls bother you so much get a manager on the phone and tell them to not call you. I have been with them since 2002 and still think they are the best book out there. Definitely the fastest paying nonbitcoin only book. That is a fact.

I asked them many times (at least 8+) to take me off their call list, yet they kept calling. Their employees must be trained to ignore this request. I blocked the number they called with each time and that seemed to do the trick. I have not gotten a call in awhile. I considered filing a complaint with SBR to see if they could do something about it. At a certain point it becomes harassment and should affect their rating.

If they had honored my request to stop calling I probably would have played with them again. After continuing to harass me, no way.

Telling the sales rep who calls doesn't seem to work but I've seen it posted numerous times that ringing in and asking CS actually gets it done.

Again it is not that they call that bothers me. It is how they call. They call the 1st number then call my other number .Then they go back to the first number and again to the second number so 4 times in a row with no message or e-mails. It was like they non stopped ringing my phones trying to make me pick up.

And like i said i never gave them my number but i have called customer service at times i am figuring that is when they got the two numbers .

they have done that to me before as well...calling 4-5 times in a row multiple times in a day..I finally picked up and tore the guy a new one(no homo)

all you have to do is ask to be taken off the call list and to only contact you via email(so you still get the offers)

Freeplays can be used on moneylines up to +190, so they are worth slightly over 60%.
Wheel spins give you in average a $50 FP; if you are an active player with over $200 balance you get about one monthly spin September - April, but spin is available only on specific day, so easy to miss it.
Also loyalty program is worth a bit if you make a lot of bets, each bet gives 1 point (and each active week 30 extra points). 200 points gets you $4 freeplay, amass 7500 points and you get a $500 freeplay.
In sum, they are a fairly good book, promos are nice, no problem with payments, apparently quick to limit sharps.

It is stated in 5dimes terms and conditions that if you try to give them a fake phone number and they find out they will confiscate your funds.

Because I want to be paid. Terms and conditions plainly state you will keep them informed of working phone number.

They also do the stupid $50 deposit and $50 FP like it is the greatest thing in the world . Now if i get the $50 deposit and $50 FP AND deposit like $300 and get 30% on top of that AND get a wheel spin i would probably do that. If not for the wheel spin their bonuses are worthless. But i have done really good with wheel spins never got a $25 i hit $250 once and 2XS hit that 5 free extra spins and almost always get at least $50 .

yeah im going with through this with youwager right now but they were cool about it I think waiting on a code for phone number change. I thought I gave them a fake number but it was a real phone number for a phone I no longer have. I signed up like 3 or 4 years ago when sbr store was still selling cash bonus to books. I can for sure see 5dimes CS making you jump through hoops to delay paying you out some kind of verification or something. They were the kings of that in hopes that you would lose your money in the delay.

Yea i guess if you are about to win money to be on the safe side and not give them an excuse to not pay you better to give the real number . Especially with the gazillion times they call i would think they would figure out pretty quickly it is a fake number. That is a good idea though if they try to say you gave a fake number just say you had the number changed and it is an older number. Was the fake number you gave them to this phone?
