Hello I am in the same position as a lot of people. I have 8500$ locked with 1xbet not really getting anywhere. I tried to talk with a lot of people, one affiliate on twitter working with them etc not much happening. I have sent the letter to them like 2-3 weeks ago noe they are refusing to talk to me because they say they have not received it.
Is there any lawyers or anything that I can talk to in a situation like this?

My best hope is to just bash them on social media (already doing this a lot on twitter, I have a decent following/retweets also) and keep threatening them on email too lol?

If you guys can somehow cause them to lose lots of business then it would help.
They use the stolen funds to advertise themselves and they try to portray themselves as legit business - it's terrible to see another one falling into this, and with $8,500? Wow ...

Please use an agent like AC88 next time - you would get your $8.5k back in less than a day .... using 1XBet is the worst thing anyone can do ... I don't know what can help you get it back, and it's a true pickle, very uncomfortable situation .... if I were you and I would care about this $8,500 I would ask them to meet in person in Russia and try to work it out whilst you're there, not sure what they would say (ask first, what do you have to lose) ... for me a flight to Moscow roundtrip right now is less than $250 ... so that's peanuts in comparison to $8,500

Check if that's possible, I know they are running it like a mafia but maybe in person you could work it out better (seriously) - other option is for all the victims to join forces, bring up a "1XBet Scam" site that will provide all the info about what they did...

I really don't know, I'm just trying to brainstorm some ideas here and help you out ... again, you are in a terrible situation and I'm really sorry if I have to break it to you like this but you better be aware of the pickle you're in instead of living with the optimism that you would get your money back.

Needless to say bookmaking in Russia is outlawed - so all operating bookies are corrupt - why did u deposit into 1xbet in the first place - how is it better than pinnaclesports or bet365?

1XBet doesn't limit customers from any country (I believe except for the US, everyone is scared of dealing with the US) so they attract customers from countries where gambling is limited.

It is a very unfortunate situation and I wish these customers all the best of luck in getting their funds back, although I'm very skeptical if they can manage getting it unless they join forces and destroy this website's reputation.

Just to inform that after a week I could click on the "send" button of the form
As Arles I now expect the next miliar mail that should tell me to post the form to Russia
In addition to stealing our money, 1xbet is wasting our time

As expected I also receive 1xbet mail to send another letter to Russia

"He review of your claim is suspended until we receive a letter containing answers to the questions below. Please print the questions and write your answers by hand. MAILBOXES PO Box 14, Building 3, 2 Street Letnikovskaya, Moscow, Russian Federation, 115114 Please send the completed form by post to the following address:
    1. Your account number.

    3. Which applications were used to transfer the photos from the device to your PC? If no applications were used and the files were sent directly from the device, please state that.
    4. Did you use any software provided? If yes, please state the programs you used.
    5. If any document is modified, please provide a list of amendments and state the purpose of your actions.
    6. When printing the photos, did you use the pictures that were sent to us by e-mail? Or did you edit the photos before printing them?
The address of the recipient is strictly limited to the following symbols: MAILBOXES PO Box 14, Building 3, 2 Letnikovskaya Street, Moscow, Russian Federation, 115114

If you find more information on the envelope, claims about the negligence of your letter will not be considered. Do not modify the address of the recipient and do not make additional notes! Please note that we do not accept registered letters."

I do not know if I continue because I've had enough! 5 months I wait for my money and that 1xbet laughs at me
I will still have to pay 15 € to send to Russia, it is the 3rd mail and 1xbet does not refund despite the request of Optional

I confess that I am very afraid because 1xbet is a mafia and they have my identity documents
Now 1xbet requests to fill "by hand", they will also be able to copy my writing

    I agree with arie1985
We will never see again our money, like all subjects opened on SBR forum and elsewhere. No one is paid
On the other hand it is necessary to try to stop these scams and finding the means to alert as many people as possible

You can try sending them written answers with regular post (with no tracking), the cheapest method you have, then send another one in 1-2 weeks again in the cheapest method again. After another 1-2 weeks do it again. You got nothing to lose.

On the same time you can try opening a website with a domain name such as 1XBetScam dot com and try to gather many people to complain there, collect evidence and show why this website is a scam.

I mean whatever you can do to help can help - if this is a big amount of money ask them online if you can visit their office physically in Russia (a flight would cost peanuts money in comparison to the lost amount), I am just doing brainstorm trying to come up with all the possible solutions for you to try and get your money back.

I am actually wondering if the tracking could be creating an issue.

I would try to just send it ordinary mail myself, if it had come back after paying for tracking the first time.

Has anyone who has their documents confirmed as received recently heard any more from 1xbet about their accounts yet?

I don't know. There seems to be some problem with adding the company name. Maybe it highlights it to the delivery service.

Anyway, I think it's just as likely to be delivered tracked or not and I would not want to be spending 40 euro each attempt. So may as well try it.

I had the same issues u guys have.
Had to send different letters to them. I can tell u that a tracking letter is not getting there because u send it to a mail box. There is somebody from 1xbet who takes this mail once a day from this mail box so nobody to sign your tracking letter and it will get back to you.

My non tracking letters got there eventually (i guess). The only thing u can do is wait for the next step in your 1xbet account.
They will also ask u for some Skype calls.
After 3 months of bullshit i could withdrawl my deposit but losed my winning money.

These guys are real maffia and i think they prefer these verification methodes to people outside Russia or East-Europe
They just dont give a f*ck.

    Hello guys.

I am also at KYC process part where i sent them required documents by post. I am still waiting to pick up my letter and check it. I asked them to do it, but they reply automatic like always : "Hello. You will be informed after we check the documents from your mail package. You will get further instructions in your account."

Optional, can you just write and ask the 1xbet contact about my case, the same way like you did with Arles an Kikou01. It seems that this somehow helped and they progress with this absurd verification. I would be really thankful.

When I get appeal to send them documents by mail, they wrote this: "Also please keep in mind that registered letters are not accepted."

I don't know about your country, but in Slovenia registered letters are letters with tracking. Maybe this is the reason about delivery problems. To avoid this problem, I sent them two same letters, one with tracking and one without it. Consequently i saw where the letter is located. From Slovenia letter delivery cost around 2,50 €.

    @Next please
Are you use some specific approach that they dealt with you so "quickly". Do you contacted them by e-mail, chat, telephone.. ?? If would be really great if you share some useful tips.

To sum up, I think that now it is clear to all that this is not KYC process at all. It is just they delay tactic to not pay money. At best I think we will get our deposit money and lost winnings.

    BR

    your letters were tracked?
For France, shipping costs are between 10 € and 15 € with tracking
1xbet refuses the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt as it does not want proof of receipt

1xbet uses the KYC to psychologically use customers waiting for their money
    It's easy for 1xbet
    - 95% of bettors lose
    - the remaining 5% 1xbet do not pay them
    - out of those 5% how many will not give up an illegal and interminable KYC procedure?

THEY DO NOT INTEND TO PAY
    1XBET IS A MAFIA

I doubt we get anything with the KYC
This is a pretext, no one has NEVER been paid

We must unite together to denounce this bookmaker and warn as many people as possible
Destroying their marketing is probably the best strategy against 1xbet
They may prefer to pay only to lose a lot of customer

What happens with 1xbet is not normal
SBR bettors must unite to put pressure on 1xbet

    It's my opinion

No problem. Please PM me your account number and I'll ask straight away.

Would you please also fill in a sportsbook complaint form so SBR can keep track of it too?

and ok say I am going to Russia this July and theoretically I could lobby some of the 1xbet sufferers interests when I am there - but you know what u got yourselves into?

1xbet has no office, no telephone number in Russia - just a +44 help line which they pay for probably and is a third party company.
So who do u address the issues? There is nothing on their website - they r scammers guys - WHY WHY do u even deposit there

Here is something u guys need to know - Sportsbetting is only legal in Russia in 4 economic regions aka gambling regions - certain bookies have a special license to operate - and 1xbet IS NOT ONE OF THEM. 1xstavka shops are a separate company which has shops and their line moves simultaneously. I saw tons of reviews where RUSSIANS who live in the area but happen to be newbies cant get their money from 1xbet and there is fudge all they are able to do. if you were to go into 1xstavka and place a bet you get paid or their location gets shut by a police but 1xbet is undetectable online gost, although everyone knows its a same owner - 1xbet translates as 1xstavka

Only way to get a money back is launch a MASSIVE Advertising campaign of them as scammers - so that all bookies say who advertise on websites would threaten to pull out their ads if 1xbet is on that website. That will work cause every website would prefer 6-7 ads to 1 from 1xbet - that is why I was asking a question of WHAT CAN SBR DO in a case a bookie is an outright scam?

here is a link of a russian sportsbetting community websites that explains the difference between 1xbet and
    1xstavka

1xbet operates from curasao and if they were to ever step on russian soil they d be instantly arrested and fined for illegal gambling activity to Russian residents.

They would go on this list https://www.sportsbookreview.com/bet...tes/blacklist/ and quite a bit of extra industry wide bad publicity would follow usually.

I'm not in a position to personally rally behind your bad publicity campaign. My main role here is to help solve problems for players and to do that keeping an open dialogue with books, especially the lower rated ones, is important. (nothing about sponsorship/advertising as you keep implying)

    Hi all from Germany,

I read this thread too late. I deposited 250 Euro and have won nearly 700. Same old story with the verification marathon - I won't get my money.

Today I started writing to websites advertising from them to stop it:
    betrugstest.com
    wett-bonus.com
    wettportal.com

I will continue from time to time. Thanks for joining me, it would be cool if websites in countries from all over the world would stop advertising for them.
