    BOL KYC issues/will not pay
Hey guys, so I made my account a couple days ago and I didn’t even recall I had a account 10+ years ago and BOL is saying I was multi accounting after requesting all this info which I provided. I never multi accounted as the old account has not been logged into my new one… was 100% not using multi accounts at the same time… big no no and not doing it….

they are clearly trying to not pay out because I had a large hit a few nights ago…

    any suggestions ?

I assume you can not play at USA Legal shops? If so too bad. If not the case stay with the USA books imo. GL.

Never had any issues with BOL, hate that they charge fees on crypto withdrawals, that is really bad. But other than that I enjoy their poker room in the USA. Keep us updated here, hopefully they pay you what you are owed.

Betonline, Bodog, & Bookmaker seem to be much better than anything the legal shops have to offer IMO.

I play at both offshore and legal books and offshore is so much less of a hassle.

I disagree. Offshore much more of an hassle than the legal shops. Especially getting paid if you don't do BTC. In addition. I never got the amount of Promo's from Offshore then I receive from the legal books. IMO it's not even close that the Legal shops are the way to go.

I guess it depends on your location.

I'm in Ontario and Bodog and Betonline payout via interac etransfer in minutes, Bookmaker is the slowest at a few hours via bitcoin.

Yes there are a few legal books like Draftkings and Betrivers that payout almost instantly as well but the odds at Betonline are usually better 90% of the time.

I'm a platinum status member at Betonline so I get perks that the legal books don't offer me.

              Basically YMMV

in usa you should sign up for every book legal in your State as they throw so much promotion at you its unreal. The payouts are near instant too esp if funded w debit cards. That said Offshore top books like BOL are also a must. for me they offer huge rebates on Horses and other benefits plus the payouts are also near instant via crypto. Balance of both is the way for anyone betting more then a few bucks

Ok - so when/how have they said they won’t pay ?

Whats been shared is basic fraud detection. While you admit you became aware of an old account after creating a new one - at no point have they indicated they will not pay with what you’ve shared. They ask for some documentation for review that’s in line with other books basic KYC these days.

Video is becoming more and more prevalent as an added measure. I’m not a fan - but at least it’s not a live video like BetUS has been known to request or a fishing expedition asking you to name players on teams you have bet on (another recent BetUS tactic to sniff out “syndicate” play).
