I'm down 5000 lifetime on betphoenix, but up about 20,000 lifetime on 5dimes.. I cant figure it out for the life of me, but who knows. Theres just some sites that you can never win at... I always get decent sized freeplays and bonuses so I still play there...

And FWIW... I'm pretty well known out there for my colelge basketball knowledge. I don't think anyone would ever call me a loser in gambling. And I'm definitely not one to make ridiculous claims for 67 dollars... especially when i made 30 staright bets of 100+ the next day on blackjack.

We handled it privately. No one has to know what really happened. But like Richard & I agreed.... No one ends up as a winner from a post like this and after I've settled down and let my ego calm down... i have to agree. Some of you think I'ma cheater.. and some of you think betphoenix cheated... In the end, you guys' opinion don't really matter to either of us because we both know think we know what really happened. Are they telling the truth to me and they really think i'm cheating? I dont know.... it seems like they seriously believe that. Do I know that I'm not a cheater? yes... So I guess thats just the way it ends.

I know that Richard referred to Brian as "my boy Brian" in a conversation we had in the past on the phone about another thread so Brian must have hadf a good relationship with the book like I do. I dont think Brian cheated over a measley 67 dollars but at the same time I think Richard has to go with what he gets from the investigators on his end. Lets just chalk this one up to a big software glitch somewhere and bury this thread. BP is one of the best books out there and Richard is a class act so lets put it to rest.

To clarify what I meant... I helped them out when I saw bad lines and/or wrong times on the board.

For example... I saw 4 Sun Belt games that were scheduled 2 hours earlier then Betphoenix had them listed at. This was the night of the CFB Championship so I assume those schools pushed the scheduled games up so they wouldnt have attendance issues. Another time, there was a Hawaii game that was still on the board with 14 mnutes left in the 1st half... I let them know about it because they have been so kind of me.... i didnt take attention of it like most of u people on here would. I consider that "helping out"

Just called up and spoke to richard (and jeff).

There's clearly a mixup someway... I guess we have to agree to disagree. There's no way of proving my innocence and i guess i just have to come to that conclusion.

Richard was very helpful, and though i still think he doesn't believe me, he agreed to open up my account and give me a freeplay. Not to show that they were wrong, but actually, the opposite. He handled it well and i guess i see where they are coming from. I also hope that they see where im coming from, and i hope you guys understand that i didn't cheat, but whatever. also, if you notice on the screenshot that my connection is next to null. maybe theres a mix up with the connection and my laptop froze? I dont know.... But richard is right, it makes the both of us look bad and i guess there's no good that comes out of it. Thanks alot though richard for taking care of this.

I also asked to speak to jeff, and we kissed and made up (no homo). He took it personally that they thought i was cheating and he thought i kind of stabbed him in the back. On the other side, i took it very personally that i was being accused of cheating and that i "chickened" out. You guys have to understand that there is nothing worse then to accuse an innocent man. I still stress that i didn't cheat, and they insist that evidence says i do.

While im not happy that i didnt get bj, im glad i worked things out with the book, and just hope they realize that ive never one to take shots and cheat. You can look at my history at every book ive been at, whether it be pinnacle back in the day, betjamaica, the greek, 5dimes, etc. Hell, i wagered 12,000 on one football game in september at 5dimes... I'm not cheating over 65 dollars.

Post the AJ hand screen shot. You said you screenshot all the Blackjacks. You know both hands will show the same exact GAME ID of 067DQN!

If your blaming it now on your computer being disconnected that is still YOUR fault, not Betphoenix's.
