If Richard actually read the chat from Jeff his ass will be grass. I had problems with a clerk being a jerk and hanging up on me and a little more garbage and Richard said that head was gonna roll. Richard is a class act and will fix this for you if you are in the right.

its the 2nd post in this thread... it should be to his attention already without me pointing it out.

I talked to Fred today and he said him & Richard are looking at it, and will make a decision tomorrow. He was very polite, but I could tell hes still skeptical of me. I dont think I ever done anything to warrant this speculation at all but whatever. I also wanna say that I did mention my account getting locked to him, and he just kinda avoided it... He said hes looking into the whole situation. I got a bad feeling that hes gonna come back and say theres nothing we can do for ya... but we'll see.

I got kmarino looking at the original file and maybe he can find a way to prove I didn't do it...

Oh I do... I have money at 5 other sites..... Its not even that I neeed betphoenix, I just want the money that is clearly owed to me. Its obviously not the amount I'm stressing about, but moreso the way I was treated.

I AM right... but I just dont feel like theres any other way for me to prove it. They clearly dont believe me... And they believe their software company over me... very frustrating, but since they are in Costa Rica, I have no recourse for getting my money back.

Thank God I found someone else who has had problems with the live blackjack i also was playing live blackjack and a total of three times it has either said i lost and i really won that happened twice was repaid my money once. Which by the way Jeff took care of right away and then the other day i also had $30 wager and got blackjack and won and it never paid me i called in right away and live chat and they said i had to email the casino so I did and still no response. I have been having a lot of issues with them lately but Jeff always is very helpful and cool with me. Anyway I agree they were a better book before and i am still out the $45 they owe me!

ok so the file that was sent to me was never altered in anyway I am 100% positive of that...

With that being said.. I can't be positive he didn't screen shot a file that was altered..
Let me walk you through what that would be like...
you would have to take the screen shot (easy)..alter it perfectly in photoshop (ehh kinda hard if u never did it before).. then take a screen shot of the altered screen shot (easy) ... BUt this screen shot would have to be perfect.. i mean he would have to keep photoshop open or some other image viewer and perfectly screen shot it out of the image..Taking a perfect screen shot that would keep photo shop out of the image (could be hard)..

the file that was sent to me is a .png which is what a screen shot would be in 99% of cases..

I am waiting to see the other file he has of the first hand.. the hand they gave him credit for.. and i will state my reason after i get it, which i am told won't be for a few days...

not saying i think he cheated.. not saying he didn't.. i am just stating the facts ..
