I have the same problem but instead of BlackJack it was Baccarat. But they alway fix the problem. Everytime you place the bet it they kept record, so sometime there a computer glitch or maintance, they alway go back and fix and update your credit or money.

i don't understand why customer service should have to kiss the ass of someone trying to defraud them. in my line of work, we're sure not polite to a gypsy trying to trade in bad title and steal a car.

cust service should excell at taking deposits and processing withdrawls, and at taking phone wagers if neccessary. they should excell in their knowledge of the rules and bonuses(as well as rollover requirements). if you don't want c/s to tell a fraudster, he's busted, THEN RICHARD SHOULD HAVE CALLED PERSONALLY!!! from my experience, cs is very good at bp/bm with the acct reps, charles, jason, jeff and i'm sure i've missed a couple. I would hate to work for Richard, because he never seems to back his employees.

Because I didnt cheat them. I wouldnt expose myself this like otherwise... not over an irrelevant amount of money like 67 dollars.
