been waiting on a matchbook book to book trasnfer for almost 24 hours now

the website says these are done almost instantly. all they tell me is they need approval. not cool. im a good customer and should be treated better then this. trying to transfer to phoenix.

Definitely on BP's end. Took me four tries recently to get a transfer done to MB in the same day. BP is slipping badly IMO.

I know they want to do it slowly so they try to make you bet with them instead.
