Someone deleted my previous thread without explanation. So Im posting again just to inform people about William Hill scams.

At 2012.12.11 I have registered to William Hill and deposited 25eur and send them my national ID for identity age approval. They confirmed it sucessfully,I was fully registered. I played various games. Games include casino games,live casino games,skill games,financial betting,bingo games,vegas games.In about 5 months playing which I played a lot of time and a lot of days at their webpage I went up slowly to 400euros. It's been about two months since William Hill blocked my account. As most of you it happepened when I tried to log in to my account. I've got ACC02 error. I contacted them, asked what is the problem. I been told to send them photocaptured copies of my national ID and a proof of address.When I asked why I can not to log on to my account they did not gave me any reason or information.They blocked my account without a valid reason! Even when I sent them all documents that they been asking,they did not reactivated my account.They wrote me that my account can no longer be re-opened as decided by the Managment. The reason they say that some of terms was violated (section 11.4) ,but I am sure I not violeted anything,I used my account legally and send all the documents needed.After that I contacted them and asked to pay me my outstanding balance.They refused to do that and told me that there is no balance on my account. But I surely know that I had 400eur in my account.I have never made any withdrawls since I registered,but my account was verified to make withdrawl anytime I want. I've complained to IBAS, but they told me to contact Gibraltar gambling commisioner . I've contacted them but they also did not do anything. They told me that they has nothing to investigate here because Willhiam Hill has provided them information that includes I have breached theirs terms and conditions. But neither William Hill, neither Gibraltar gambling commisioner gave me any evidence that I cheated!

I've made a complaint about Gibraltar gambling commissioner Paul Fox incompetent work and now my complaint regarding William Hill will be reviewed by another commissioner. 2 weeks ago I send William Hill email to give me evidence that I cheated or reactivate my account, otherwise I will prosecute them in small claims court. Only after six days I got respond from them that my email "has been forwarded to the relevant department for further assistance". Still no reply from them.

William Hill will accept 6 figure wagers so they aren't terribly concerned about the $400 you allege they owe to you. Many players from specific countries have run into similar problems but I have the feeling you are leaving key details out of your post as Will Hill is not a book that takes players monies for no reason whatsoever. There's always a reason that people leave out and that appears to be the case here.

Probably 99,9% of WH customers screaming for their money are from east europe or asia with the tendency to have a skeleton in their closet. Well, now you can crucify me but it is exactly this people which made the betting environment much more uncomfortable for honest bettors, punters etc.

Probably 99.9% of Wh customers screaming for their money are from planet Earth.Wh always paid me, nor me neither my friends had any problems with them,it doesn't mean that 100% WH are right.(Had a problem with Acbet ,when 99% of the players got their payments without any issue,it was due to Acbet network/system error which showed that i was betting from the Usa,Justin helped me to resolve this problem.When sbr planning to write about wh locked accounts in news or at least comment about problems with their sponsor book,'Sbrforum' whatever is hiding under this nickname?

Williamhill is a great book.I'm from Asia and i have received my mid 5 figure payment from them without any hassles.

The only issue i faced was that it took them about 7 days to send my payment after i sent them my documentation.

I don't think WH would avoid paying a legit player.

What has cheating and violating terms and conditions got to do one another? They may not say you are cheating, but if you've violated their T+C, they are justified in their actions.

Posters side with the book in this instance, because WH has a good reputation (for paying, not limiting) and OP is clearly leaving something out. If he told the full story, we might assume differently.

Any Euro non-scam book that locks your account for breaching their T+C will tell you what you have done; particularly if you bitch and moan about it like OP has. For some reason, OP doesn't think telling us what term or condition he breached was important enough
