bwin closed my account and took 2.800 EUR from me...help!!!

    hi all,

So i opened account on bwin a month ago, deposited 200 eur and started betting. Didnt went good so i deposited another 300 eur. That didnt went good also and i tried again, deposited another 100 eur.

from those 100 eur i got to 1000 eur in a week, and after 2 weeks i was sitting at 2.880 eur. Huge money for me, i was so excited and few days ago i came from work tried to log in and a screen read that my account has been closed and to contact their help section? i was what the hell is this? i did contact them, 4 days ago and still no e-mail and no response from them...i feel like im robbed....

I really dont know whats the problem, did i won too much? can they do this at will? First time im making an online account, made an account this them, thought they are the best online book, atleast they are promoting themselves like this...didnt know about this site before.....now this happens... atleast i want my 2.800 eur hard-fair-earned money, the account can stay closed, after all this i dont want to have business with them at all.

i know there is a complaint form but please help me, what to write on the Account# field?

thanks in advance for the help guys i

Bwin make it up as they go along. Their traders are hideously bad guessers who hide behind dreadful margins. Good luck getting your money.

The problem is that Bwin has no live CS and you can only talk to them by email ... and they answer after at least 1-2 weeks after you send your email ... that means you are still 1-2 weeks away from getting an answer from Bwin to your first email ...

(I know this because I have started an email conversation with them and I only received 2-3 emails in 5-6 weeks)

well, these days a lot of competitions/teams (soccer, tennis, snooker, basketball, handball) are sponsored by sportsbooks (Bwin, Sbobet, 12bet, bet-at-home, paddy)

yeah but how much money you must pay to have your logo on the Real Madrid jersey? Qatar fountadtion paid over 150M EUR to B arcelona for it...also to be the leading sponsor to Euroleague basketball it not cheap. Stealing is the only way to do it.

My accoun was limited but i hear that if they close it they ll do same thing,so best is to send them all documents and wait because there is no other option.

That's regular procedure for them. When they closed my account i waited more then one month to get money from account (around 1200 euros). Don't be worried about money you'll get it.Their email support is worst in buisness.

see? you only need some patience ... (a lot of it with Bwin) ... but at least they answered ... and hopefully it is only a problem on their side and your account will be unblocked
