Have received a few ** payouts very quickly via BP before, and have been very satisfied this summer, with their service.
Requested a check on thursday afternoon for the end of baseball. and since it is free for withdrawals of over 500 and to check the speed of this type of payout. So I figured I'd start looking for it wednesday-friday. double checked in chat on friday morning, that i was indeed getting a check and when I should be looking for it...
Logged in today to check some pending futures i'd forgotten about... and there is a message for me that they sent it via moneygram on friday.... not sure why they changed the payout type on me. they never contacted me via phone or email. so had I not logged in, i'd have no idea that the $ was there. and they deducted a 50+ dollar fee. which was one of the reasons for requesting check.
Anyone ever request check from Phoenix and have them not grant your wishes like that? I will keep you updated on how they resolve the issue, as it is minor, but at the same time a nuisance and dissappointing. I was planning on re-upping after a short break
