Ok so after 1 month of chasing and endless emails I received my payout today. i emailed the Malta gaming authority and moneybookers this morning, and 2 hours later the amount is in my account. 820.20 Euros

it seems like the payments are made in one month!
I asked the payout on the 22nd november and received on the 22nd december.
your payment took one month... hope that everyone receive their money within one month of their payout request...

It does seem as if Stryyke leave 1 month until payout. Has anyone not been paid in one month? Or worse even longer?

Now I have got the money I will never play with them again. I was lured in by the decent deposit bonus but I will be sure to always check whos listed as dodgy

No, i had sent them all the required documents before my withdrawal request.

They try to find excusions for the delay and they want to get some more time. Send them all the documents what they need immediately and start pushing again!

I am glad that i helped some more people to get their money but unfortunately only those that complain here and in LGA have chances to receive them.
The secret is dont give up, be annoying, complain everywhere that you can!!!!

Hello Users,

I still waiting for a bank transfer of money from 16 of november (obviously it's stryyke "again") and probably I will have to notify this matter to LGA, if anyone would give me a email to the LGA? and what exactly do I write to them? I send several email's to the stryyke customer service and they explained that is was a "holiday period" and the money will certainly be in my bank account for next days
(I do not believe them..)

FINALLY after so long the money is in my acount.I couldnt believe it.I dont know who finally helped me LGA SBR ANDY JOPA THE 400 MAILS I HAVE SENT TO THEM.I REALLY DONT KNOW.BUT i want to thanks all this people which they helped me to finish this story with stryyke here.I am sure i will not play again with them cos isnt company which fix to my profil.I want to treat me with respekt and to wait to receive my money i dont like.I dont know about you but i really afraid to play with them again cos you never know what could be happen.Thanks to JOPA who keep this forum alive AND HELPING GIVING USEFUL ADVISE.Thanks all the people they help me.

I have a pending withdrawal from more than 1 month ago (asked for it aprox on 24 november) of 653€. I have reported it to SBR a week ago but I didnt receive any response yet other than the automatic mail. My account is Betproff

All my mails sent to Stryyke give me the same excuses, that my payment will be processed in the next days etc etc but still I dont have my money.
