I think the customer service is brutal. Maybe they do not have a database where a customer service rep and look up a simple answer. I just wanted to know if all my documents had been received for a payout. I've only sent them about 5 times in the last 2 weeks yet can never get a confirmation. For an A rated book I would think customer service would run like a well oiled machine....
