Heritage New Account Denial

Referred my friend. This is message he received:

Your signup request was denied by the security system we have in place for new signups. Their decision cannot be changed. You will not be able to open an account with Heritage Sports. Good luck wherever you decide to play.

Anyone know why they would deny new account? Person has never played there and has limited experience/accounts offshore post up.

If you have withdrawn from them before or have had success they may not allow referrals from high percentage players; fearing it may be an alt account, which doesn't benefit them to have more winners onboard. I have referred people domestically with FanDuel and DraftKings but have never done so on the accounts that I'm worried about losing most, especially the offshore accounts to be beyond reproach.

Here is what Heritage have said to me about this in the past

All new accounts are filtered through our fraud detection software.

If no issues, then an account is generated.

Typically, if an applicant is denied for any reason, we provide them with a reference number.

That number allows us to reference the application and review with the applicant.

In some cases, there may be issues that would prohibit an account opening.
