I just created an account at Heritage. I clicked the activation link in the email they sent and tried to login.
It said “Your account is suspended. Please feel free to give us a quick call at 1-800-800-7777 to re-activate your account after we verify your identity.”
I called and was told they would send me an email and I needed to follow the instructions. I never received an email after that. Not in junk/spam, not in my normal inbox.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this resolved?
