Restricted accounts - Anyone used mobile phones wifi hotspots on same device?

So I've been restricted across a bunch of soft EU books. All of them I used my laptop on my home wifi.

I've got some new accounts for them. To avoid using same IP, thinking of hotspoting with a new mobile phone (with own SIM) - anyone tried this?
