Casino2021bet.com, operated by SG International LP are scammers

Have recently opened account with Casino2021bet.com, operated by SG International LP.


Deposited 200 euros, no bonus taken.


During December, they locked my account and I was getting a message that my country was prohibited.

I emailed them and provided them a screenshot that my account was not prohibited and they responded that it was a mistake from their side and that I was free to continue using their services.

All were ok for the next 3-4 weeks.


However, i am now unable to log into my account for 2 months.

Balance in my account was 662 euros on that day.


Customer support first said that they are updating their platform

After 8 days, they claimed they still updating their platform

That was their last response from them, about 2 months ago. Have sent them another 5-6 emails and they simply ignored all my messages.

All in all, they closed my account and confiscated my balance without any explanation.

Every sentence on that page screams "scam", really can't understand why did you deposit there. I hope you get your funds back, you can pursue the case via the payment provider as well?

No i haven't contacted them cause i tried in the past and i only lost my time. They simply don't care.

Have previously used Betpat which was under same company before they closed and paid fine

According to askgamblers, same company runs Casoo and Webbyslot casino. Both casino's managed to solve all complaints.

Really interested to know those red flags screams you mentioned.

Obviously i knew the risk before deposit there. However, once you run out of options, you are forced to join those joke books.

Haven't noticed anything strange in their english, same terms & conditions like their sister sites. Tbh i don't read whole T&C, i only check if they accept customers from my country and if they allow withdrawals via ewallets.
