I'm a Diamond. I got as I went on a heater for 2-3 months last year and then they limited me from $1k to $500. So I hardly play there anymore. Currently, I'm at 9k pts and they say I need 57k pts to maintain status. Gold here I come!

I'm also a diamond. I have been giving them action for years. It probably just has to do with consistency and lots of action.

I'm a diamond but they won't give me free payouts as advertised (or any other payout benefits for being diamond). I do get free bitcoin payouts specifically but everyone gets that. Got limited too

Please note the different tiers and points that you will need to accumulate: level: Blue (1-4,999), Silver (5,000-11,999), Gold(12,000-64,999), Platinum(65,000-114,999), Diamond(115,000-349,999), Black (350,000-above).

is this lifetime points or season points? They have 2 different points.

Because I just started playing there again after few years taking break and I have over 12000 points lifetime.

turns out they go by seasonal points which refreshes every 6 months

don't think ill ever even reach diamond

They paid me out and have great customer serivce now. Just make sure you read the rules before taking the free play bonus.
