Betonline chose to not honor any of the duplicate wagers that took place the final 2 weeks of December, which is odd considering they did for the month of January.

I must say, Betonline was extremely inconsistent and unprofessional dealing with this situation. My VIP host, Denzel Thomas, was a total dud. On 3 occasions he did nothing and actually told me Mgmnt denied my request and the decision was final. Only for me to escalate each one of those and get them resolved in my favor. There are some really great people at the company - Fredrick, Jessie, Chris R and Adam Burns seemed like a nice guys but then removed himself. Dave Mason is a total dbag /land Daysi is a joke of a supervisor. I would be surprised if she has a 9th grade education. After speaking with her this week, she thought our call was disconnected and proceed to talk shit about me to her colleagues for 2 minutes. Lol.

My request to Adam Burns and Denzel Thomas was to deactivate my account permanently or ban me. Whatever is needed to ensure they never get another dollar from me.

I’m closing they are jokers, I deposited $250k over a 7 month period. They lost me for life over $7k. After acknowledging and honoring credits due to issues with their platform duplicating and replicating live wagers..

good luck if you play with them. Comps’s suck mgmt suck but there are some good people Moede’s in there

Permanently closed my account with Betonline and it feels good to be done with them, that’s for sure. Overall terrible company - comps and bonus’s were a joke, VIP host Denzel Thomas was a joke, and they lost a player over not being consistent and crediting me $7k in duplicate live wagers which were a result of their platform glitch in Dec, but did acknowledge and comp the $28k for January. Seems like a good business decision, losing a player that deposited $250k in 7 month period. Adam Burns and Dave Mason jokers

Anyone know of any respectable Panama attorney? I’m considering taking legal action against Betonline regarding the glitch in their platform that created dozens of duplicate love wagers. They settled a portion of them but if theu
were prorated (ie some of them made 3-6c duplicates but split 50/50). I have a case for at least $15k

Title: BetOnline – Inconsistent Handling of Duplicate Wagers (December vs January)

          Sportsbook: BetOnline

Issue Type: Dispute – Duplicate Wagers / Inconsistent Resolution

          Summary:

I am seeking assistance regarding a dispute with BetOnline involving duplicate wagers that were handled inconsistently between December and January.

          Details:
          • In December, duplicate wagers were placed on my account due to what appeared to be a system or processing issue, which replicated live wagers creating 2-6 duplicate tickets within a matter of seconds. These wagers were not intentional and resulted in large financial impact.
          • In January, the same issue occurred again under similar circumstances. After review, BetOnline acknowledged the issue and issued credits for the duplicate wagers.
          • At that time, I was informed by management that once the credit was issued, the matter would be considered resolved.
          • Based on that precedent, I requested that the December duplicate wagers be reviewed and handled consistently.
          • BetOnline declined and stated that their “management decision is final” and no adjustments would be made for the December wagers.
          Key Concern:
The December and January incidents are substantively identical, yet they were treated differently. This appears to be an inconsistent application of policy and prior management guidance.

          What I Am Requesting:
          • A fair and consistent review of the December duplicate wagers ($14k in duplicate wager and received $0 in credit)
          • Resolution in line with how the January incidents were handled ($56k in duplicate wagers and was credited $28k per mgmt)
          Supporting Information:

          I can provide:
          • Account history (December and January)
          • Examples of duplicate wagers
          • Communication with BetOnline, including management responses
          Additional Context:

I have attempted to resolve this directly with BetOnline, but have been told the decision is final. I am submitting this here in hopes of independent review and assistance.

Thank you for any guidance or support.

If you’re thinking about using Betonline - please read:
            Acct: B4403545

Beware, I’ve worked with VIP host, Denzel Thomas (worthless) and sportsbook manager, seemed like a nice guys at first, but then said he wasn’t responsible for grading issues etc. he told me to work with my VIP host, lol.

over a period of 7 months I deposited about $250k with $0 deposits. With the help of a great supervisor, Fredrick, we identified that my live wagers were being duplictated - sometimes 2-6 times within a period of seconds.

            Dec 2025: $14k in duplicates
            January 2026: $56k in duplicates

Keep in mind if these were prorated, it would be about 70%/30% as there were instances where it replaced a wager 3- times. However mgmt credited 50% of January duplicates ~$28k, which I wasn’t going to argue since they were willing to meet me about half way. This took hours upon hours to reconcile. I had to manually go through each ticket, send numerous emails, place numerous calls while waiting on hold for supervisors and even needed to go to Twitter in order to capture the attention of Adam Burns. However, they were unwilling to do anything for the December duplicate wagers. This to me is no different than stealing. How can you have a policy Agree to split the difference with the January wagers will not apply the same policy to the December wagers. I highly recommend staying away from this book as I truly feel it is run by incompetent and misleading people. Please DM me if you have any questions or wanna talk specifics thank you and good luck.

I didn't read all of the posts but did it take you 2 months to realize this was happening?

No, it was figured out within a couple of weeks. I spoke with a supervisor, Fredrick, who spent a lot of time with me on the phone working through a reconciliation process. Also, once we fixed the one week worth of duplicates, I went back through every week and found additional
ones. Everything had been reconciled for January and mgmt said they were not willing to review December (15th-31st) which is when the issue started.

The manager, Jonathan Cordero (JC), reached out to me
on 4/15 indicating mgmt will honor the Dec duplicate wagers and would get back to me by 4/17 with resolution. He pinged me on 4/17 and said it will likely be 4/20. I’m still
waiting to hear back from him and will keep the forum updated on the status.

I was hoping to have had resolution with Betonline by now. Last Wednesday 4/15 CS Manager, Jonathan (aka JG not JC) reached out and informed me they would be honoring my Dec duplicate wagers. I would need to sign a legal agreement acknowledging this would be it and the situation would be final.

He went on to state he would have an update regarding the agreement by 4-17. He followed up on Friday, and informed me it would likely be Monday 4-20. Then I didn’t hear from him until Last night. However in reaching out to VIP Services and CS, I was informed he was in meetings all week and would not be available until mid next week. Another rep told me he was ooo as he was opening up a new office. Then last night I received an email from JG, apologizing saying he had taken some time off and was back catching up on things and hope to have an update for me today. It’s 6:17pm est and I haven’t heard anything from him. CS said he’s not in the office or available online. Crazy unprofessional…..not sure what could be going on

Customer service keeps telling me to be patients, JG will follow up with me shortly. Meanwhile, he’s missed 3 target dates and no eta. Awesome customer service! I feel stupid I have them
the amount of business I did.

Entry level customer service is awful like they do not understand. Today first Day of Churchhill Downs Racing and they didn't have available and CS acts like im requesting some 5th tier track and I need to request it lol...I mean obviously its some error but to get them to understand frustrating. That said it's easy most trusted place for payouts offshore still A+ book. Isolated frustration but overall best

I'd take the fact they are communicating with you and telling you it will be fixed as solid.

If the rep has some personal issue and took a few days off it wont change that. They are good to their word there usually.
