    BetDsi Points
Anyone have any idea how these work better then them?

    On their site it says

The more you play, the more you earn at BetDSI sportsbook. The BetPoints Rewards Program at BetDSI rewards members simply for playing. It doesn’t matter how much or how little you play as the BetPoints accumulate in your account until you redeem them. Redeem your points for cash, FreePlay, or prizes!

    Then it says

    Exchange your BetPoints for Freeplay!

BetDSI allows you to redeem your BetPoints for Freeplay that you can use any way you like. No rollover necessary.

So I asked chat before I cashed mine in finally and got this response. Still not sure if its a freeplay or cash. And still not sure why the site says no rollover but he said 1.

Long story short is turned $2500 into 11k and now I am in some management review to see if they are going to pay me???

x(19:38:10): I finally converted my betpoints.
x (19:38:23): Is it a freeplay or Cash? And whats the rollover?
    Chris (19:38:46): one moment
Chris (19:39:53): it's bonus but only has a 1 time rollover
    x(19:40:18): think i understand.
x(19:40:29): So it moves to cash once the rollover?
Chris (19:41:44): yes once you bet one time the amount you received you can convert to cash
    x(19:41:53): ok thank you

I think the CS operator may have forgotten to mention that after you do the 1x rollover of "Bonus Balance", you again need to a 1x rollover of the amount won/transferred to the cash balance before it can be withdrawn.

Optional thanks and may need ya depending on how this turns out.

But I did. I rolled over the Bonus balance and it never moved to cash. So now I have rolled it twice and its still in the bonus category and they need 48 hours to see whats happening. lol

Problem is my guess is they are going to shoot out that i can only win so much on a bonus story even though its supposed to have move to cash and they arent moving it.

Their weird bonus system is the cause of most of the issues people have there.

Hopefully you can get it sorted as I am already having some trouble making contact about another matter right now. :\

The bonus balance does not convert to cash balance automatically at DSI once you meet the rollover. You need to contact them and ask them to convert. Not sure why they didn't mention this. Maybe you're right about them having concerns about you winning too much. But another possibility is that they are going to convert it for you and it just takes time. When I've asked them to do this in the past, they cannot do it right then and there. They have to put in a request for someone else to do it, and it takes some time.

Alternatively, you can convert the bonus balance to cash yourself if they have granted you with this privilege. I doubt they have, but it's worth 5 seconds to check. Go to the account menu > bonuses and see if there is a button there for you.

Thanks DTM. Always appreciate the help. I have checked and nowhere to convert.

I have lost a ton to them the last 3 months so hopefully no games but the answer from live chat was so vague. I should have asked more but just figured they have to know what they are doing with these betpoints.

              Its all over their site.

Guess I will wait and see what they do and report back.

LOL, the OP trolls other threads and then expects help with one of the shittiest books out there. Keep playing at DSI and you'll get screwed--and when it happens you can expect the same sarcastic treatment you give to everyone else. What goes around......
