That's what I thought as well and I've been refunded on every other site when this happens. They are telling me the rules and I quote from the email:

"All wagers have action.

3.38 Player Props

This is a wager based on statistics for a specific player. Wagers will have action regardless of whether or not the player starts."

First of all, I can't even find the rules on the site. I asked chat to show me them and he couldn't even tell me how to find it. But he copied and pasted that as well.
I said ok, even if I had read that, it says nothing about injuries. It says regardless if a player starts or not... The guy in chat says "did your player start?" BRO!!
Are you serious?? If I read the rule and it said if your player gets injured before the game I'd say OK I should have read the rules. But even if I read that rule beforehand I would still think it meant if your player doesn't START the game but still plays in the game.

I usually just let stuff go but this sounds very ridiculous and is a major advantage in favor of the house on every player prop bet at bet105. I still can't believe this is the case.

I talked to two people in chat and an email. I'm glad it sounds ridiculous to you guys as well. I was wondering if I was the crazy one.

They told me it's not going to be changed no matter who I talk to smh.

UPDATE: I went to Heritage to speak with someone in their chat about it since they are sister sites and bet105 was being hard to deal with. I told them what was going on at bet105 and I had an even worse experience with Heritage, I can't believe it. I see Heritage is ranked high. They shouldn't be by the way they treat their customers.

I asked him a few questions about their policy regarding player props and told him what had happened. I said if they didn't have that same rule I'd like to bet with them. He said he can't tell me because I didn't deposit money in my account yet and I can go read the rules for myself. I said ok thanks for your time and when I went to find the rules I got a screen that popped up and said "you haven't logged in in a while" and call an 800 number to reactivate. So I called and the lady on the phone said there is a note on my account that says not to activate it unless I deposit money! The guy in chat de-activated my account for asking questions and telling him my other bad experience!!!

I just can't believe how bad people trying to bet get treated by these considered top-rated books. I'm in shock. I guess this is what online betting is all about. Just got screwed by DimeCrypto not paying me what I won fairly a few days ago and now this. This is rough.
Well I guess I'll scratch Heritage and Bet105 off the list. F them for life!

Who in their right mind wants to do a player prop bet where they say there is "action on all player prop bets" even if a player is out for covid or an injury before the game starts it's graded a loss?! And also grade an under as a loss in the same situation. This makes zero sense!!!!!!!!!! So they want players to sit and bet 5 min before the game starts to make sure they aren't injured before! Come onnnnn!!!!!

Doesn't make sense to me....If all wagers "have action regardless whether player starts" then all under wagers should be graded as winners if the player does not start.
Otherwise this is freerolling by the book. Seems similar to some of the threads on cancelled games being graded as losses for teasers.
Bet 3 teasers with an NBA game that was cancelled 15 mins after I made the bets due to covid last week, and wagers were graded as losses before the games had even started. Ended up winning all the other legs and was left with egg on my face and a resolution to never bet teasers again during the pandemic.

1000% that's what I told the guy in chat.. If all wagers have action than if the player doesn't play, the under wins?! He said no, you still lose??!! Insane! So covid hits a player after I make the bet but before the game starts and it's an auto-loss? Who would wanna bet there with these rules?

As for your NBA teasers... I feel you man. How can we make a bet with a book that grades a loss due to covid?? WTF

The full player props are there but nothing that is just NBA related in particular that I saw. Here are the full player props rules they list:

Are these 2 leg teasers? Unless your book has some very unusual rules, 1 cancelled game and 1 winner = money back at most offshores. Maybe make another thread or shoot in a Sportsbook Complaint form with the details.

I think that chat agent is just wrong if you are explaining the issue in full.

If you send in a Sportsbook Complaint form we can ask a manager in there to check on what happened for you.

I've been advised that this issue is being addressed and amended to avoid this from happening again in the future.
This was an inherited rule that obviously needed fixing.

I wrote a long email to bet105 support after I took a deep breath from dealing with that rule. I received an email back saying sorry for any inconvenience and I had been refunded the money for my bet. Thank you for your time and consideration. I'm glad I could help fix this "rule" that made zero sense in the first place. I'm surprised nobody else had this issue and spoke up about it.
But again, thank you for working with me and I have zero problem continuing to bet at a place that isn't too proud to fix an issue. All love... Can't wait to talk to the guy in chat again ��

Thanks Optional as always for just responding here and dealing with everyone always on this platform. We all owe you for doing what you do..much appreciated man! Now if we could just get Dimecrypto to act right smh lol

If it is an all-in market you are betting, that's the correct grading.

If it is not, I'd suggest PMing Heritage Insider a copy of the bet ticket and asking him directly in same context as this thread.
