Most of the big, reputable books have graded the Presidential Election bet. That's a fact. After I get my payout, I'm getting out of offshore altogether. It's gotten worse since they're fewer books and sportsbooks open up in various states. Standing is always the issue that judges hide behind when they don't want to deal with anything. That's all you hear, it's a term that means nothing at this point. If you literally have standing, even according to the statutes in many cases (injury and there is ability to redress) they just say you don't have it. And sadly, it doesn't matter. Like many other things in the US, these kinds of things end violently because when the judges and politicians don't care about the law, enforcing the law, or abiding by it (as we have seen all over the place the whole year and even just the past month) --- some people get what is coming to them. And we who care about the country won't feel bad about "bad things happening" since most of these pols and judges are traitors.Comment -
But it was the GOP members of the legislature who wrote and voted for the law they are trying to say violates the state constitution now, not the Governor or SOS. And they oversaw and certified two other elections under these rules before positing the constitutional problem they say exists now.
