You do realize very very very very few books have paid out Biden winning the election, correct? Also where are you planning to move your money after pulling from BOL? That family of books is literally second to no one. But hey, do your thing.Comment -

#180Originally posted by ParlayTeaserMost of the big, reputable books have graded the Presidential Election bet. That's a fact. After I get my payout, I'm getting out of offshore altogether. It's gotten worse since they're fewer books and sportsbooks open up in various states. One of the reasons why BetOnline is acting arrogant in a number of different issues I see.
That's not a fact.....The best and safest offshore families Cris/bookmaker/BOL have not paid and I don't blame themComment -

It's not over
Almost all the states have certified their votes and allocated their electors - only Missouri and New Jersey left, which obviously aren't close so the results aren't in doubt. On Tuesday there's a deadline after which no more challenges are possible. It's as over as over gets.
This whole farce with the legal challenges and so on was never serious, which could be seen by even the barest of glances - some of the stuff submitted to court was hilariously dumb, no proof at all, so dozens of cases were thrown out immediately. It was all just Trump running one last fraud, taking in $175 million of donations to supposedly fund legal actions, but 75% went straight to pay his debts.Comment -

Trump bettors still offering over 10 million bucks against Biden at -2500
Been pretty amazingly unrealistic all the way through. I think the problem has been that the US electoral mechanisms allow very many theoretically possible paths for Trump, but none of them were even slightly viable. This would be one of those cases where there's a lot of very irrational money - those actually familiar with the constitutional niceties tend not to gamble, and there's a lot of money driven by unfounded social media rumours.Comment -

SCOTUS doesn't rule on PA legislature lawsuit tomorrow, tomorrow is deadline for PA-AG response to the lawsuit and Alito could issue an injunction pending further review until SCOTUS takes the case and issues ruling, though legal experts say injunction not the likely outcome.
Also don't know what this dude means by "shenanigans", the lawsuit isn't about voter fraud or any irregularities, its about whether or not GOP legislature should be allowed to throw out the mail-in ballots they changed the rules to allow. From what I understand there's a standing issue as well as the problem that this deals with the state constitution and wouldn't materially change the results of the election but we'll see.
If I was a Trumpie I wouldn't get my hopes up.Comment -

Standing is always the issue that judges hide behind when they don't want to deal with anything. That's all you hear, it's a term that means nothing at this point. If you literally have standing, even according to the statutes in many cases (injury and there is ability to redress) they just say you don't have it. And sadly, it doesn't matter. Like many other things in the US, these kinds of things end violently because when the judges and politicians don't care about the law, enforcing the law, or abiding by it (as we have seen all over the place the whole year and even just the past month) --- some people get what is coming to them. And we who care about the country won't feel bad about "bad things happening" since most of these pols and judges are traitors.Comment -

#204Originally posted by StackinGreenYou can't just do what you want as Governor or Secretary of State regarding the law and election law, in particular, for this case. It's obvious that they broke the law by saying you could throw away the normal election law and rules.
Not sure what you're talking about in the second paragraph. I certainly hope you aren't advocating for violence if SCOTUS doesn't take the case or rule how you'd likeComment -

Yes, that was shocking. Banana republic stuff.
Anyway, back in the real world, today more Trump challenges were laughed out of court in Georgia and Michigan for complete lack of evidence.Comment -

#206I never advocate violence unless it is in defense. I also am not surprised that violent things happen when you violate people constantly and hold different parties to different standards Constitutionally. The problem is that the government at this point violates its citizens rights so frequently, they are bringing on the inevitable. That includes all politicians, but they are concentrated in their hatred of the average citizen to various degrees, by party.Comment -

I already told these retards that BOL will not grade until after the Electoral College. Apparently, they need to go back to grade school and learn what that is. Plus, even if the E.C. decides on Biden, this will be decided by the Supreme Court. Just because lower courts and states DENY the lawsuits doesn't mean much. They, for certain, would not want to overturn anything admitting guilt. It's like asking a criminal to plead guilty without a plea bargain.
This is far from over, but people are too stupid to realize the process and all the crooks involved.Comment
