If you wager can say map 1 bets r void because the map wasn't played. Why can't i say my series bet is void because the series wasn't played?

They don't say anything at all about a map not being played but the overall match being declared. But as you said yourself it's understandable that a bet on a 1st period that never happened should have been void.
They do have specific rules for Maps that start play and do not complete; "If a match or map is replayed due to a draw, the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity. In the event of a match or map starting but not being completed, then all bets will be void unless after the start of the match a player is disqualified, in which case the player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory by the governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes." which implies the only way there can be action if if the actual Map was started.
I can't find something in there to try and argue means your Map 1 bet should have been paid a winner.
And unfortunately your second bet, on a full match, is covered by a term that says it should be action.
Trying to argue what the terms "should" be just does not work after the bet has been struck..Comment -

8. If a map is replayed due to a non-player related technical problem, pre-game wagers will stand on the replayed map in accordance with the official result. All in-play wagers on the affected map will be graded "No Action" unless the outcome is already determined.
9. Handicap Betting/Total Map Betting/Correct Score Betting/'Race to’ Maps: Wagers will be graded as 'No Action' if the statutory number of maps are changed, or differ from those offered for betting purposes. In the event of a fixture starting but not being completed, wagers will be graded "No Action" unless the outcome is already determined.
10. In the event of a draw, in a 2-way market (e.g. moneyline/map winner) where there is no draw option, all wagers will be graded 'No Action'.
11. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) / League of Legends (LoL) - Where overtime can be played, this will be included in the settlement of markets, unless the draw participant is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement will be based on regulation time only.
12. In a best of 2 games series, a 0.5 Spread is usually offered and the team selected must cover the Spread for the wager to be a winner. In a best of 3 games series and best of 5 games series, a 1.5 Point Spread is usually offered and the team selected must cover the Spread for the wager to be a winner.Comment -

I'm not trying to be a dick and I do understand your point of view. We've seen 4 or 5 threads about betting on games with glitches and operator resets etc that many reasonable people would intuitively expect to void bets, but don't. If i could think of an angle to support your argument I would say it..Comment -
