    YouWager rollover calculator BS
I have suspected something was up with YouWager's rollover calculator several times over the last 6 months. I was tracking what my rollover was then making bets that had met that rollover only to discover I was a bit short. Then I'd make another bet to cover that, and sometimes it would still not drop my rollover. It would either go down by the right amount or not at all. And I was betting game MLs and halftimes of major sports (not props or anything) so these should all count towards rollover. I kept telling myself I must have made a mistake or something. I was also waiting for the next day to give the rollover calculator time to count it, although I think theirs is automatic.

Now, at one point in my notes I had written that I had 1000 left in roll. Then I noted having made two bets that put me over 1000. No more rollover screen blocking me from processing payouts. So I started processing withdrawals a few weeks ago, 2k at a time with 10 days in between. They were processed and paid.

All of a sudden I go to request another 2k, and it says I'm below a minimum balance of 3000 AND I have a rollover of 1000. Staff explained that I was allowed to take profits out without meeting rollover so long as I was above this minimum balance amount, but now that I'm below it I have to complete my rollover. This itself doesn't make sense since my current balance is below 3000, so how did it let me do that if my min balance is 3000 "until I meet roll"?

This is impossible. I was never previously able to get past the rollover screen to process a withdrawal until I'd completed my rollover, meaning I was not able to withdraw my winnings when I wanted. I had to meet the roll first. I did, and got payouts. How can I suddenly have rollover left? Note that I took one of their NYE bonus offers which did NOT allow withdrawal of winnings until rollover was met, and had a 30 day hold. This is in contrast to their usual bonuses which only had a 30 day hold on your deposit+bonus amount, allowing withdrawal of winnings at any time. So that's not what's going on here because the cashier had never given me an opportunity to do that until I met all of my (huge) rollover.

Of course, there's no way to actually calculate my total rollover met. They only keep track of your wagers for 14 days so you can't even go back in your history to calculate it all. But this sequence of events should be impossible and confirms something I've suspected for a while, that they are under counting rollover completion.

        Strange

        Have you confronted them yet?

This is why I write my bets on my notes in cell phone time prove all my bets.

Surprised Youwager would pull a Betus stunt.

Their first response was blah blah you have to meet the rollover, like I don't know what it is.
Going to keep on them, but for every 5 emails or phone calls you only get 1 person who even understands the issue.

Which bonus did you take? List of them here

Most allow you to withdraw your winnings once rollover is complete but have a 30 day hold on the deposited amount. Could that be why they want you to have a minimum $3000 balance still?

They admitted its a technical error and fixed it manually.
Makes me wonder how much rollover I completed without needing to.

They are really slipping right now. Be wary. Rainy day funds could be low

If you don't trust them you simply have to document it yourself and prove your rollover.

I just received a 60% 1x rollover offer from them in the email and found this thread on google. Wondering if it's even worth the hassle.

I do like them but yea sometimes i have issues. I deposited at YW then found out i was supposed to deposit at Betpop. I use both they say that is fine. So they switched it over to Betpop great. And they moved the FP . Great. However i went back into YW and the FP is still in there. I told him 3 different times because i dont want to have someone say i dont get paid because that is in there. He said he would take care of it . It has been in there still for days.

I also wanted to know what their bonuses were i sent separate e-mails to more then 1 person. No reply still . So i just been depositing at Jazz and GTbets .

I believe the OP is not understanding the terms of his rollover correctly. Usually the bonus says you can take your profits at any time, but you must maintain Deposit+FP+fees until you have fully met your rollover. So if he took 3000+60% FP (1800) at 10x, he must bet 48000, before he can withdrawal everything, but if he runs his account up to 6000 in the meantime, he can take out 6000-3900(dep+1/2 FP)=2100.

He is still obligated to bet 48000 before he can touch the $3900 however.

Deeppckets said they eventually found some sort of tech error messing his calc up.

I "think" it's working fine now.
