17 days now that Vbet has blocked my account with 55K on it. Arjel must have contacted them at the end of the week, so according the the last email i received from ARJEL , normally VBET should have to answer them within 48 hours (i think week-end doesn't count). This morning i went politely on live chat to ask for news and ask them if they had been contacted by ARJEL, and i received the same answer i've received for the last 17 days: "you will be informed by email..", but email never comes... Good advice for everyone here: AVOID VBET ! No respect for customers, absolutely no respect...Never seen that before and yet i've experienced lots of bookmakers...

Short message to update the situation: issue was fixed!
I've just received email from VBET, they say they ended their investigations, they're sorry for the unpleasantness that may have caused, but my account is now unblocked and they even say they hope they will keep me as a loyal customer on their site...
To me one thing is sure: that's thanks to the intervention of the ARJEL that issue was fixed. I ignore how long that situation would have lasted without their help. So thank you ARJEL, and thank you guys here on SBR who brought their support

At least here in EU we have some protection and can seek legal help, I'd never bet again with shady bookies outside EU, especially based in thieves land Curacao.

                  Pretty easy explanation:

                  Corruption Perceptions Index 2018:

                  21 France
                  .
                  .
                  .
                  51 Malta
                  .
                  .
                  .
                  Curacao not listed but:

There is a general lack of trust in CuraƧao’s key institutions, the anti-corruption group Transparency International said in a report published today. This is a major obstacle for strengthening the foundations of this new country and will limit the success of any programme addressing corruption and promoting good governance.

Corrupt offered building permits and inspectors pave the way for tax-free tourism development projects to take place. Bookmaking and gambling are a social disease that dominate the culture of Curacao.

Most Casino’s and other gambling businesses serve as banks in order to finance illegal drugs trafficking, while sex trafficking assists and serves the cause.

However, public enemy number one, which is the useless government seated in Fort Amsterdam, granted 3.000 offshore gambling permits to the evil empires in the world, in order to make sure prostitution stays a lucrative business.
