Definitely Western Union or Money Gram for 99 percent of books. If depositing 300 dollars or more they will almost always reimburse you for the fees to send the money. WSEX is the only book who refused to cover my Money Gram fees. I have never used them since and don't ever plan to use them again. Sportsbetting.com is the only book I will use a Credit Card with as they charge the credit card as a purchase without you having to pay BS Cash Advance fees, etc. The other books I've experienced with credit card deposits end up allowing the credit card company to view the transaction as a cash advance and hitting you with fees.
