I've tried Firefox, Explorer, and Chrome. I've also disabled any pop-up blockers.
When I tried to open up live chat, I fill in the requested info and click "submit." At this point, the chat box closes.
When I called the 800 number, I get a message stating that my account has been designated as an "internet-only account" and that I need to use the chat or send an email.
Well, I've never had problems using the live chat feature in the past. And I find it strange they did away with the phone support (I had used this in the past a few times with no issues).
Anyone else having this or similar problems? First the new awful website and now this...
