So i'm used to take some cool-off periods from Pinnacle as their site does not provide deposit limits . Now after my cool-off period was over and i asked them to reopen my account again but they refused and didn't give any kind of explanation. They are just like "we can't open your account, thank you for understanding". Worst customer support ever.

It's common practice. Other sites also do this because they think you have a gambling problem if you are constantly banning and reopening your account. I've heard of bet 365 doing this as well

Such a bs tbh, this is just discouraging people to not use the responsible gambling tools.

Was there anything else you said or did to tip them off to the problem gambling.
I believe they are held to a high standard for their gaming license to be proactive.
Otherwise, I agree that people will not use the responsible gaming tools if they believe they will have their account shut down permanently.

Nothing else i have just used the cool-off period three times in the last three years or so.

I had a rant with their customer support couple of times regarding some live bets but i doubt that could be the reason or maybe they got pissed off Basically their live betting didn't work as intended and it was rigged as penetrate if you ask me.

May be due to Pinnacle making attempts to get into the LICENCED markets of the UK and USA in the next year. I did hear they pulled their UK application about 6 months ago. UK very strict on problem gaming protocol.
