BetOnline graded my bet wrong, and refuse to correct it

I don't understand well enough either... but it does appear the Mineski score changes to leading 10-9 at the 8:06 min mark as the book points out.

Can you explain what you are saying is wrong? Like you are speaking to someone who does not know what DOTA is.

looks like mineski is the team on the left and they take the lead 10-9

In the youtube video above MYSG was the team on the left of scoreboard and they reached 10 kills first ( killed a hero called Lion by player Ninjaboogie of Mineski ) at 8:08

Anyway, they corrected my bet few hours ago. Maybe it took them pretty long to check it, but it's ok now.

i fast-forwarded to the end where mineski won, thinking they were ahead 17-14 but they must've been behind on kills at the time... wonder if betonline/optional were thinking the same thing i was, thought the teams were on the opposite sides
