And the $50 "extra" deposits were poor manipulation attempts of a cover up.

If the $500 never cleared then you never had real funds to play with.

After you won it sounds like the book was only going to deduct the $500 and I'm surprised they even did that and didn't cancel all winnings immediately since you were playing with fantasy money.

You should have done everything possible to make sure you got the $500 to them after their initial warning.

No book just offers to deduct dishonored deposits from winnings. If someone said that it was a mis-informed CS operator. I have trouble with that claim.

Offshores will sometimes let you re-send the deposit but UK regulated books like this pretty much always cancel all betting without discussion. Too many people take shots at them with payment method tricks.

This meant that My winnings of cad 4000 were siezed and i am getting nothing.

Yea they reserve the right to do this if any deposit bounces. It sucks, but this is understandable
