ALERT: Finally received their confirmation email at 10:38 AM, which took 21+ hours. My reply back to them was at 10:44 AM. Further, yesterday I sent them a question via Hotmail to their customer service, which I got a response at 9:25 AM. They previously said that all their emails are on the same service, so now have concrete documentation that they received that email via Hotmail just fine. So now, let's see if the 1,930 gets deducted how long that takes, and then we'll see how long it takes to arrive at my BTC wallet. Or, we'll see what stall tactic they choose to employ today.

Their betting contest is one of the nicest things that I know of, that an online sportsbook offers complimentary, which is one of the many reasons I had enjoyed gaming there. Just no matter how many good reasons there are to use a particular book, to me they're all worthless if you got payout problems. I did get their email on the free play, so for now will just thank them for that.

Just calmly wait out their 48 hour time frame and if they don't deliver, sbr will have your back.

Also on the bright side, btc is $6,273, so this delay made you money.
Man, I'm as cool, calm & collective as always, so don't mistake my passionate sharing of a payout delay to alert the folks, as my being on tilt. Just boggles my mind that they would have such a lame excuse. Surely they can come up with something better than a rare out of the blue issue with receiving Hotmail email.

The delay doesn't make (or lose) me money, as BTC is not used to wager. Throughout the whole initial process, the money stays in the account, and only when payout is approved and money deducted will they then convert to BTC. Then, as BTC is in transit, you can gain or lose on the fluctuation. At this point and with this delay, not 1 penny is fluctuating.

ALERT: Received email confirming payout, and verified money has been properly deducted from account. Now, have to wait an unknown amount of time to receive the BTC, and will see what is gained or lost upon arrival and due to BTC fluctuating. So far today, happy to report that everything seems to be running as normal.

Why not just ask for a check payout if you're having issues with bitcoin? I get every check payout on my doorstep within 48 hrs. People need to understand Bitcoin is going to be processed at different rates at different times for different reasons. Take 2 mins to go on live help and just tell them to send you a damn check? Is this hard?

Diddy, the issue was after my submitting payout request via account online, they also require receiving an email from me to confirm, and they claim they were having an issue receiving my email via Hotmail. Thus, no issue with Bitcoin, and regardless, they won't process the payout via ANY method unless they receive my email.

I have considered the check option, however, they want an absurd $50 fee, and tell me could take 2-3 weeks to receive. Plus, they couldn't even tell me what bank the check would be drawn on, as I first want to know whether it's a local bank close to me, and if not is it a U.S. bank or non-U.S. Anyway, with BTC having no payout fee, and usually only takes 2 days tops to receive, requesting a check would be stupid.

Lastly, just for you I'll reiterate, they don't process payouts unless (on top of everything else) they also receive an email from me. Thus, they refuse to process the payout via phone or live chat. Can't imagine why this would be your first post in 4 years, but thanks anyway.

Let me help you. This isn’t my first post in 4 yrs by the way. I’ve made several recently.

Checks are free one day a month. Anything beyond that there’s a fee. I don’t know where you live? Here in PA I get mine within 48 hours. Always. What are they asking you for in the email? How often do you withdrawal? They have security measures in place to make sure of your identity before they send out thousands of dollars. Their bank checks are Canadian. As long as you use a real bank. BkofAma? TD? Wells Fargo? They’ll have absolutely no issues clearing. If you don’t have an account with a giant bank get one to make this all easier on yourself. Just giving you some info on if you do go the check route.

In the email, they ask you to confirm the BTC address, your account # and passcode. You would know that if you ever got a payout from them, which obviously you haven't. Sportbet does not have a free check 1 day/month deal, so what book are you talking about? For a check, it also has to be at least $1K. Is the Canadian check in U.S. or Canadian dollars? If not in U.S., would also cost currency conversion fees, and will fluctuate as the currencies do. Of course, if you're not getting a check specifically from Sportbet, how would you know what they do? Lasltly, to 'isn't my first post in 4 yrs' (but you only have 22 posts in over 7 years), as I clearly stated, the payout issue was them claiming to not get the needed email I sent them via Hotmail. They will not process payout via ANY method without the email. Thus, if they got my email, BTC payout is fine, and don't need to deal with a check (payout fee, mail delivery time, having to deposit check, waiting for check to clear, currency conversion fees, etc.), but thanks anyway.

When a book processes my payout correctly, I always leave some coin in there which I (so far historically) always lose. I also then redeposit with them the next time I wish to play. In this case, I just don't believe them telling me about an out of the blue issue with receiving Hotmail. Hotmail is Microsoft, and like didn't they invent email? Aren't they one of (if not the) biggest with decades of experience? If I was using some 3rd world new email, let's call it Coldmail, then maybe I'd believe them.

Thus, not only did I redo the payout for full balance and left nothing, am also telling them now to send me 54 which I won via the 5-game win streak betting contest 50 free play. Their minimum BTC payout is 50, so is perfect. Willing to bet they won't have any problem receiving my Hotmail to confirm a payout for 54, but we'll see. Sportbet is now at the bottom of my A-rated books list, and though am not saying at this point I wouldn't use them again, I am saying they're now one of the last A-rated places I'd consider using. Someone else posted Sportbet did the same thing to them, which is very troubling. Betting streak contest is still alive though, and am now up to 6 straight wins. 4 more, and it's a 500 free play. Can you imagine?
