    Betonline payout confusion

    Rather new to BOL and in the process of doing my first withdraw. I can say I really wish I went somewhere else as I get a constant run around with them.

    The documentation on their website told me to request a payout via e-mail at payouts@betonline.ag. After getting a confirmation that they would be processing the payout in 24 hours, I waited around a week before contacting them to see if the payment was being processed.

    In chat I asked if the payment was being processed as I got no confirmation everything went through. The BOL rep wanted my password and stated he already had access to my password (Very Scary). I left with out confirming my password as I really did not trust this method of verification (If anything it should be a unique pin). Very concerned over regular reps having access to my and everyones accounts. Also took 20 minutes to ask like 5 rather simple questions. Very poor customer service.

    I responded to the e-mail I was originally given about the payment being processed in 24 hours. The e-mail address I was given to respond to in the e-mail was cs@betonline.com. This addressed caused a bounce e-mail. I took it as they never updated the auto responder with a newer e-mail address so I contacted cs@betonline.ag instead. Keep in mind this is a week after my initial payout request.

    I was told they no longer accept payouts via e-mail and that I needed to send in an ID, Utility bill with current address and front and back of card. Not an issue as I thought they would want this information. However it was not documented on their site nor was I told this in the response to my initial payout request and the live rep never mentioned any of this in chat.

    I logged into betonline.ag and requested a payout via the method I was told in the e-mail. Upon checkout I was told I did not meat a rollover threshold. I did not take any bonus when depositing my funds so I should not need to roll anything over.

    Waiting on a response now from BOL. I will be following up in this thread about how things go. It is my hope and intent not to make BOL sound bad but to point out the frustration I'm sure others are having with the site as well.

    Thanks for sharing with the board. Re: the rollover. Did you turn over your deposit at least 1X? Many books require this.

    Lou or anyone else at SBR. My suggestion is perhaps you guys can discuss with BetOnline management and asked them to consider removing this requirement for players who have played in their poker room or met one time rollover in the casino. While casino is not heavily promoted, they had ads all over the net for poker and players are joining to play poker who have no interest in sports. Threads where poker players are learning they need to rollover 1x in sports are fairly common. I'm not sure if this is explained somewhere in their rules, but even if so, most poker players are not used to it and unless disclosed in bold open print it catches a lot off guard and creates confused and/or frustrated clients and threads that could have been avoided.

    My original deposit was for around 200 bucks. I deposited only for the poker room and not sports betting.

    Now that the question about rolling over 1X was asked, I placed no sports bet so perhaps that is my issue. I still see this as very confusing as I did not see it mentioned anywhere that I needed to place a sports bet.

    I will wait for a response to my initial e-mail about why I could not withdraw funds to be answered and see what they say first before asking about this. My guess is you are probably right. Still it all ads to the confusion of withdrawing.

    Looking forward to hearing the response for BOL and I will post follow ups till the payout so it may help others understand what they need to do to get paid out.

    If you didn't play any sports and played poker/casino there isn't a sports rollover at BetOnline. If your response doesn't align with that let us know your acct ID so mgt can expedite.

    Day 9: No update. It has been over 24 hours from my response to BOL asking about why I was getting a message on withdraw about needing to do a roll over. I did go ahead and place a single sports bet for my initial deposit amount just in case I did have to do a 1 time roll over.

    It is the weekend so I'm really not expecting a response till Monday.

    Will update this thread once I get a response. I would like to thank the sbrforum.com people for their insight so far.

    I got an e-mail 10 hours ago stating

    "Thank you for contacting us, We do apologize for any inconvenience this may caused to you but, I sent an email to our payout representatives so that the could check upon your request. Our payout representives will make a review on this for you and it may take a few days. We'll keep you in post with any changes on the status."

    So it looks like it will be a few days till my question about not being able to do a with draw because I'm being told I did not meet a roll over threshold. I'm keen to know the reason why and will report the findings here.

    We spoke with management. There would be no sports rollover here if the player was only a poker guy, but actually he's made some sports bets. He's still a little shy of the minimum turnover.

    Update: Lou you where not given accurate information. I made that bet after I was told above that I had to do a 1 X turn over even tho I did not play sports.

    Here is an e-mail response I got just today from BOL

    "
    This is Katherine from BetOnline.
    I'm sending you this e-mail to inform you about your rollover.
    This is your rollover: (Deposit $200.00 + Free Play $ 30.00) x 6 = $ 1,380.00. You have in Action Given: $ 190.91 until 07/27/2012 at 3:58 PM.
    You haven't met with the roll over yet, you are still missing $ 1,189.09 in action.
    Please, be inform that you need to meet that in order for you to request a payout. Before you requested, you need to send the following documents:

    • Picture ID
    • Utility bill
    • Copy of your CC ending in 1986 (back and front)

    I would like to point out that I already turned in my ID, utility bill, front back of card. So BOL is clearly not talking to each other in this matter. They are also claiming I have a free play of 30 dollars that I took. Well I did not take any free play. You be the judge, here is a screen shot for proof. If I had a free play coupon then BOL either cheated me out of it or they have serious issues with their backend. The screen shot clearly shows my initial deposit and history for July. You can see the wager on sports was placed after I was told above about the 1X roll over.

    I should also point out that the image clearly shows no FREE play balance. If there was one that I took it should be there and it's not so that proves I TOOK NOTHING.

    Youve taken sportsbook free plays and played sports. Youre categorized as a sports player and have to bet through the rollover. You made one bet for the roll initially so finish that out and you'll be all set.

    If playing poker means no roll for sports players, anyone who wanted out after a quick win would jump in poker. Moving money is the biggest part of their business for most so they are sticklers on action. I wouldnt blame you for trying to sweet talk a mgr but on paper thats where it stands.

    looks to me like the wager was placed after the poker win

    he said he was told he needed to bet sports

    did he bet any sports in the past with betonline?

    Over the last year I have made a few deposits to BOL. Never a withdraw. I have in the past placed a few bets on some NCAA football.

    However those where past deposits and have nothing to do with the latest deposit. I should also point out that I attempted a withdraw before placing this last sports bet and was told I could not withdraw because I did not meet a roll over threshold.

    It was then and only then that I started this thread. From the advice on this board I thought I needed to do a 1X roll over so I placed a sports bet. That did not resolve the issue.

    Now it seems I'm being told I need to keep playing sports because of a Bonus I never received which my image snap shot clearly shows I never got.

    After two weeks into this I'm less confused on how BOL operates but still very confused.

    Why for instance did this manager reply to me saying she needed my ID, Utility bill and front and back of card when that was already sent in last week? Why are they saying I have a bonus that I got when my account shows no bonus? Why was my initail withdraw request denied because I did not meet a roll over threshold when I only played poker and took no bonus? These are my questions.

    Could you kindly follow up on my wire slow pay complaint? It was requested on May 27th, which is 65 days ago. Several emails that I sent to you recently went unanswered. Now Betonline is attempting to slow pay me via express check too. Today is business days 8 already, express check is supposed to be delivered within 7 business days, but it still has not been processed yet. Thank you

    I just bet on tennis matches today to cover the so called roll over I needed to meet. Still I think it's wrong as my account clearly shows no 30 dollar free roll in it. I have to say something is very wrong with this situation or else I'm totally wrong about the situation and can't see what I did wrong.

    Unfortunalty you are one of several people waiting a decent size wire from them. I'm getting the run around from Bol and SBR. Literally they aren't paying us as they must be broke and preparing to close. It's outrageous that I'm over a month myself. I get lied to and given such generic bs answers about our withdrawl and for them to have a b+ rating is ludacris.

    Quick Update: A BOL rep has sent me a PM on the forum. Very nice that they reached out to me and contacted me in regards to this matter. I'm hoping to understand the situation I'm in better now.

    As mentioned I have now placed bet's to cover the rollover I was asked to cover. I still don't see why me as a poker player who took no bonus and got not bonus that I can tell is required to place sports bet.

    If by chance I did use some bonus code I would of thought I would get a bonus which clearly does not show up in my account as the screen shot proves.

    Sunny keep me updated fnu get anything, bol use to be good sending me express checks on ime normally receive it on te 7th or 8th business day i am on day 14 business day....wtf is the pointnof paying for express check if these idiots making us wait anyways.

    Well I did 2K in sports betting today. After that I tried again to make a withdraw and it's still saying I did not meet the roll over limit.

    So what I was told by BOL about doing 1.4k in bets before getting paid does not seem accurate. Waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully will get something in the next day or so.

    SO I got confirmation that I did NOT request a bonus on my deposit last month.

    Here is the message from BOL

    Keep in mind that money was spent and lost. I did not have any funds in my account. So it seems that even if you have no funds they can use past bonus codes from several months back against you on BOL. Not very cool in my mind.

    I am replying about me still not being able to withdraw even with making 2K worth of bets the other day. We will see what happens.

    Got a response from BOL about my request for why I can't withdraw yet. I was told to login online and request an updated roll over calculation in the message center. Not sure why they did not just tell me in the e-mail. I did this and I'm waiting on the response.

    I have also not heard back from the private PM I was sent a few days ago on the forum from a BOL rep.

    BOL never answered my Message via the board. I did not really think they would but support via e-mail requested I ask about the roll over there.

    I sent another support e-mail in and heard back today that in-deed I did meet the roll over limit and could now request a payout. So a week after I did hit their roll over limit I could finally request a payout.

    I sent in all the documents a few weeks back now and asked for confirmation that they had everything needed to process the withdraw. Since this time I sent 2 follow up e-mails asking if they have everything needed to process the withdraw but I have not heard back on that question. Seems they are very good about answering only 1 question in an e-mail and ignoring the others.

    8th business day for me as well. No check yet but from reading around it takes more like 14 business days to get the express check. I'll also be posting an update when the check comes in.

    Good to know compsmoker still nothing for me yet. Maybe they should tell you after 7 business days hey guys no chance its coming on time so don't expect it. Honestly all we want is the truth from these books.

    Did you get your check? No luck here, on day 28 for express check payout that was requested on July 20th.
