First off I don't play in the casino. I even changed my password last week since I haven't placed so many bets with them recently and haven't logged in much, the money was in there to when i change the pass. But I still had a balance with a rollover in it for sports, now my account is short about $2500 on 2/22. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me from any book. I find it odd that I changed my pass and this is going on. The cs guys are trying to make it seem like its me and don't seem to want to help me much. This is the most ridiculous bunch of crap I have ever even heard from.

The changing passwords thing seems a little weird but they should be able to see the IP address of whoever lost your money to prove your case. File a complaint, if you haven't already. Good luck.

The ip they gave me when i checked it was from chicago. Then the rep was saying something about it could be a vpn, I never logged into my account with a vpn. I just filed a complaint. As long as Ive been playing, not once have I ever had an issue like this with any book, I take guarding my accounts pretty well.

Whilst you are waiting, I'd suggest taking some pro-active steps yourself to either find out if, or show it was not, a hack from your end.

malwareremoval.com provide a free service where an expert goes through a process to check and clean your system if needed. Which is documented in one of their forum threads and can be shown to DSI if needed.

Until last night having to go on chat with them I haven't logged in with my laptop in a long while, and my computers have Norton with auto checks- the most recent was 9 hours ago it says. The rep also said it was a windows computer but I have only logged in from my iphone recently and to change my pass, I also never download anything on my iphone and its pretty locked down. I also have the chat log in my email, they don't seem to want to help or look at it more, saying its my responsibility instead of saying we will look at everything for you, then the manager Matt just ends chat without saying much to me.

If it was a hack, which I find it very funny, why only try to lose money in the casino-the only person to gain anything from this would be DSI. So a new password change, then within a week they somehow know my password, then they drain 2500 in a casino I never play at?

I didn't say it was a hack. I was just suggesting a strategy that would give more solid ground to make an argument.

"Everyone" says their machines are clean. It means nothing. But that is a way to prove it.

Ill give that malware site a try and see what happens, never knew you could do that. Anyway what usually happens with books in these type of cases? Given the responses and blame towards me I don't feel to confident with them.

If it "looks" like it hasn't come from your devices, it looks like unusual behavior for you, and they can reverse the liability with the game provider, some books seem willing to make people good again.

But some just say, your password was used, so it's your responsibility.

I can't recall seeing it with DSI before, so it's hard to tell how they might handle it.

SBR should be able to get the right person to review it for you at least.

No response yet from SBR? This is the only book this ever happened to me in all the time I have been playing and if you know me here you know I wouldn’t lie or come here complaining about something like this if it wasn’t true.

I tried this also and no response after all this time. I just made another complaint today, I wonder how long this will take.

They just credited back my account the money that was drained in the casino. I gotta say if it wasn't for SBR I don't think this would have happened. Thanks SBR for guiding me to the manager at DSI who helped me recover this.
