Bet365 locked my account - PVC never came!

So this is the situation:
Opened the account on 07.12.2017
Made first deposit on 24.12.2017 and started to place some bets.
Since i started winning on bet365, they locked my account on 02.02.2018
Than I called the bet365 costumer service, and they provided me with the informations on how to unlock my account.
Ofc, they asked for additional ID and a selfie with it, and the PVC that they sent on that day.
When I sent those photos that they asked for, I started to wait for the PVC. 28 days was the deadline, but the PVC
didnt come. I called the post of Bosnia, the specific post never came to them either. Since 03.02.2018 I've contacted
them on a monthly basis, to ask for that PVC code, and all they were saying is to wait for it, it will come!
in October they asked for some additional adress verifying photos (utility bill,bank statement etc.)
I even sent those photos, but than silence, AGAIN
no PVC no payout. when I call them the answer is the same- wait for the new PVC

So if anyone had the same situation, or know some other ways for me to verify or get payed, please share your experience, or a way out.

As you probably already know there is not much anyone can do for you, as they will not agree to budge on the PVC letter for anyone.

Your best option is to try asking their Gibraltar regulator to intervene.

When doing this I strongly suggest to print out the form and post it to them, as they will then reply to you by postal mail.

You can then use your receipt of that letter to say to them, see I can receive mail at my address.


Otherwise, I think proper legal advice is your only other real option.
