Latest update - Bet365 finally called me today. They still did not verify my sportsbook account. All basic KYC is I assume verified, however, their enhanced verification process did not end yet, I am going to just show you all the stuff they are still asking from me (no problem, I can get all of that, I've already said I have nothing to hide), just to tell me isn't all of that a bit too much (I've already sent too much information and proves).
As I mentioned during the call, in order to complete our Enhanced Verification process on your account, we kindly ask that you provide a copy of the following documents:
- Skrill statement for 1st January to 27th January
- Bank Statement for 1st January to 27th January
- Profit and Loss Statement for the local betting shops I bet in.
- Proof of your employment income
Simply reply to this email attaching the documents and once received a member of the Management team will review the information.
We would like to assure you that any information provided to us is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be located scrolling to the bottom of the site and selecting Privacy Policy.
If you do not wish to provide us with the required information, your account will be referred to our Management team who will complete a review of your account based on the information available. As a result of this review, certain restrictions may be applied to your account until this information is provided.
