I have an account with betonline. Customer for over 10 years. I asked for a refund and they cxled it and told me more than one acct was used on my device and asked me the relationship to a person I have never heard of. No one else uses my device this is false. Can anyone explain how this can happen? Then they give this guy's acct and email address and want me to explain the relationship. I don't know this guy from Joe Blow.

#2It is difficult to dispute a device match.
But just tell them the truth and give them a chance to work it out.
Being a customer for over 10 years they may not even be talking about your current device and they will have lots of betting history to see if there is any sort of collusion between accounts. So if it's an innocent mistake it should be worked out.
Do you make a lot of max limit bets? Or cycle through a lot of bonuses?.Comment -

Is there a rule all bets had action in the market you bet?
If there is a genuine misgrade we can ask a manager to review that for you and they are good about fixing them.
And as you know that you don't know the other guy, then chances are this is not as bad as it looks. They should not penalize you without some form of wrongdoing or advantage obtained as well as the match..Comment -

#12I am jackass but Im waiting on the 24-48 hrs it takes them to reply that's why I'm on here. Or maybe the 5 days it took them to respond the previous time to credit a bet that was wrongly credited. It can be very frustrating being left in limbo in between emails and not knowing what they are talking about. Give them the info they request and the process should vindicate you. After sending a response through the email I still haven't heard back and its about 16 hours later. Thats what I mean when it takes forever for these knuckleheads to get back. I don't understand even someone with my ip adress would it be beneficial to me in any way unless I was playing poker. It's nonsense . And why is financial services at betonline giving me someone else's email and acct number. Where's the players confidentiality .Someone is overslept here. Maybe there not trained or underpaid. #19I used the bonus about 5 years ago and its a farce with the rollover. Don't ask for it EVER when I deposit. I'm not even a big bettor I bet like 30 minuscule parlays a day in my account, bet the horses and that's all. They use to have skills games on the site and I played Gin Rummy but that was taken down as the game would freeze and you would have to log out and if you did you lost your funds that went on for a year and I complained every single day till it was taken down. I was shocked more people didn't complain at that time. I just love the game so I kept playing. As far as asking me if I know a certain player and my relationship to him and giving me his email and account number. Something is not right you can't disclose that info even when I get refunds through ** that's all in secrecy .Comment -

#20Well I got my account back in good standing. I think they believed me when I said I couldnt be in Japan and Brazil and Florida on Friday. So after this experience time to drain my money out of Betonline and take my buisness elsewhere. A lot of errors on there part and financial service department said that name was from a year ago. They even admitted they made a mistake by not freezing it automaticaly. If it was compromised I sure would want it frozen. Japan damn I want to go there too. The horse racing is spectaculor.Comment -

#21Opie, glad you got a good outcome. The only thing to do in your situation is as you say withdraw your money and play at a reputable book.
I don't get all the replies in here saying just calm down OP all will be resollved if you have nothing to hide. BOL should not be cancelling withdrawals and alll the other shenanighans they do without a high degree of certainty. Yet again it's been proven they were wrong with their initial assertion.
How many BOL customers have this done to them and don't know about sites like SBR that can try to help them? I'd guess there would have to be 10 others at least for every customer who comes here to get help with their dispute. What a horrible business.
