Today I discovered that I can only place 100 usd on the markets where I was able to place around 400 usd a few days ago.All small markets have been affected. Bet max is 4-5 times smaller now than a few days ago. What the f**k happened to sbobet? It seems I am not the only one whose limits have been slashed. So they don't want to be a top book any more.

It's a general trend. IBC/MAX and Pinnacle cut the limits, too. Especially smaller markets affected.
But SBO and IBC limits are ridiculous on some markets, I agree. For instance, New Zealand Premier League early market (which actually is the matchday) only two figures at SBOComment -
