1xbet not giving my money.

Please someone help me to get my money from 1xBet. I am from Philippines and tried my luck in online sportsbook. I tried using 1xbet and depositing 5 times. After that I won not that much but almost the same with my deposited amount. Its almost 120 dollars. Now Im trying to pay out and they are not allowing me. I provided all the documents they needed Govt id, proof of billing, card information (16digits exp date and security code) After that it goes in circle. They started to ask me again my Govt id. And now they are giving me canned response like "Please be patient, your request is being process." please help me i alread submitted SBR complaint. Im just a minumum laborer in my country who tried luck in sportsbetting

There isn't really set time length as they're assigned in the order they're received so it'll depend on how many are ahead of yours. Someone will get in contact with you once they have been given the details of your case. As I said there are quite a few other people who are also having difficulty with 1xbet so it is not a guarantee that SBR will be able to assist you but they can try.

I wish I could offer some hope En Esperida, but sadly 1xbet have shown they have no respect for fairness or SBR asking them to act fairly.

Their attitude is that they will never admit being wrong, for fear of showing weakness and attracting scammers. Well that's their lame excuse anyway.


I have not seen your complaint case but you should hear back from a dispute analyst soon i'd think.

After 72 hours of requesting a payout they keep on asking me the same documents. Ive already sent documents like Govt id, My ********** informsation (the same used in making deposit), Proof of billing (3months most recent) Selfie with Govt Id holding. After all that being asked. SBR definitely tries to help and they were able to deal with 1xbet when these problems first started to happen quite awhile ago but now they don't seem to care anymore which is unfortunate. We can only just hope that they eventually stop behaving like this but beyond trying to talk to them there's not much more anyone can do sadly.

I think dodgy bookmakers flock to buy sports team shirt sponsorships as that form of advertising gives them a HUGE credibility boost.

Clubs should be held accountable for providing that.
