First off I would like to state I did finally get paid by Betdsi thanks to a nice lady named Irene. Management really stepped up and got it done...now to my BIG problem.

Yesterday I made a deposit of $485. I took the 100% bonus with a 20x rollover. So I'm thinking I need $9700 of to win amount action. I know I need a big sports book bankroll for this. I place the bonus of $485 on a 4 team parlay and hit. I hit it for $6,346. So now my bonus money account stands at $6831. Betdsi is telling me they are adding my bonus amount of $485 plus my winnings of $6,346. Then they times that by 20. Which meAns I must rollover my $6,831 in the amount of $136,620. I'm not on here to bash anyone but how's this right? No one can meet that. Any help or suggestions? Thanks guy

I actually flipped out a ways back and because of that i have honestly stopped taking bonuses like i used too. You never know WTH you will get when you ask there. I have been told so many different things . One guy in the beginning when i asked where i was on the rollover told me the cash amount did NOT count towards the total rollover. Which turned out to be not true.

But most books do count the winnings of the FP towards the rollover. They told me the same thing they told you but after god knows how many other people i talked too. If the amount goes UNDER the FP amount you are fine it is just that amount. If it goes OVER then they add in the amount you won over that which i agree is not right but they do. Luckily with me i was under the amount.

But after i though i reached my rollover on the bonus amount ($280 to over $7000) they told me a had to roll it over AGAIN ) . So $14000 on a $280 FP) After coming on here they changed their minds and reversed it . I ended up losing a lot of it in the casino because i got frustrated and went in there . I did end up with $1500 . But because of the nightmare from all this where i almost always took bonuses there now i am too scared and have avoided taking them most times.

It makes zero sense. A winning wager has nothing to do with a deposit bonus. They can't tack the rollover to a winning wager after the fact. This is why you should play at places like bookmaker who are A+ books. You don't have to deal with mickey mouse shit like this.

I totally 100% agree you should never have to rollover a $485 deposit $136.620 that is insane. At least since they have moved i have gotten paid $3000 total($1500 2xs) so that is good.

I actually side with the book here. You have to rollover the amount you have. After winning the amount you have along with the rollover is what it is. People want stuff for free and get mad at the rules.Don't take the bonus. Give back the bonus money and bet with the deposit or do the rollover. It is very possible if you are decent. You are still wagering the same percentage of you bankroll to achieve it as you would if you had just bet the 485 bonus and won. It is no different. You just got lucky and want to cash so you don't want to risk the higher dollar amount even though the percentage is the same This was 100% free play correct? Then yes, it is based on winnings. If it is 100% cash then no it shouldn't be.

Jared, was it a cash bonus or freeplay? The only way this makes any sense is if you used a $485 freeplay to hit that parlay. In that case then I believe the book is correct on adding that on.

He made a deposit (100% bonus) with a 20x's rollover criteria...it was NOT a free play...betdsi should man up and pay the guy...player (Jared) is 100% right here, not the book...furthermore, unless specifically stated otherwise in the rules, it shouldn't matter how you rollover your money...the solution is pretty simple...if books don't want to pay players who meet rollover bonuses, then don't fukkin' offer bonuses period!...problem solved...

If you used the freeplay to make that bet then yes you are going to have to roll all of that over to get a payout. If you would have used your cash, or if it was a cash bonus, it would have been different. Freeplays are different from cash bonuses. If you make a wager with freeplay bonus any winnings from that freeplay is what they add on to the rollover. So since you won that huge parlay with freeplay, not cash, they add that on. It is in the rules and is the same at every book.

It is called a FP but on their site they give it as cash separate on the site. If he did $485 and got a cash bonus or even if they call it a FP at $485 then it would be $485 + $485 xs 20 which is $19400 . They are saying he has to roll over $136,000 + which is totally unrealistic and insane. They pulled the same type of crap on me on a $280 deposit after telling me a ton of different things then once i went on here and talked about it , it was reversed. What happened to me was bad but this is even worse.

with their 100% cash bonus, you can throw it on a 4-teamer, if it loses you just deposit another $500 for 500 bonus and you didn't lose anything... so to prevent free-rolling them by going all-in with the bonus, they put rollover requirements like this to prevent parlays and huge underdogs with the bonus funds

dsi isn't the only book that does this

It is pretty clear in the rules that the rollover is deposit amount + bonus winnings...... easy solution here. Ask to forfeit the bonus, make a big score on another parlay, or do the rollover.

A better solution is to not take the bonus or another option is to skip DSI altogether.

By the way, the BetPhoenix/BetMania family has been doing rollovers this way for years, so they have the same rules.

I have never played at BetMania and its been forever at Betphoenix but all the others i play at are nothing like this . And anyone that knows me knows i love bonuses . They need to put something on their main area when you take the bonus because noone if they knew this up front when they took the bonus would ever take a long shot for a big pay off because it just is not worth it. Better to just keep it even money or lower . I know it is in the rules somewhere but you should not be penalized an additional amount on your free play if you happen to win a long shot. It should never go over the amount of the Free Play. You should never have to roll over $136000 on a $485 deposit. It does not say any of that when you originally take the deposit it just says 20Xs that is it. Here is one they are offering me that is all it says when you take it.

dsi isn't the only book that does this

But normally at almost every book what they do is just count the lower amount. So if you take a 5 team parlay with a FP or Cash or whatever say for his $485 and hit for $10000 they only take the lower amount the $485 and add that towards the rollover. The do not take the $10000 you just won and times that also by 20 making it another $200000 additional rollover on a $485 deposit.

That's been their rules since they started treating the Free Play/Bonus account as virtually another separate account from your cash deposit, where the winning amount counts toward rollover. It sucks, but it's clearly in their rules, and not much you can do at this point, but maybe offer to forego the bonus and the winnings. Lesson learned is don't play long shots in the bonus account( I bet the Chargers at 33-1 to win the Superbowl in my bonus account), so I may be facing a similar situation, but it's my fault, not theirs, before I realized this. But do every bit of your regular non long shot betting in the bonus account until you meet the rollover and can convert it to cash.

Also note, you can have separate bonus accounts if you make several deposits, or get Free plays/bonus money in other ways such as their streak contest. And every one should be treated as a seperate account, with a seperate rollover.

I currently play with betdsi and have a pending bonus. I dont understand the bonus rules. If winnings are added to the roll over, then its infinite. It wouldn't be possible to clear the roll over and win money. I dont understand how anyone can successfully clear the bonus with these specific rules. Only way to clear all the roll over is to lose all the bonus money.

It's in the T & C's now.... but has not been there since the time they started offering football season bonuses. They had a 200% bonus 20x roll and their terms listed it has a freeplay, but their software was set up as a cash bonus in some weird system of a cash balance and a bonus balance. I think they realized that this was a ridiculously generous bonus and then changed their terms to include the winnings in the rollover. I'm not sure exactly when this happened but I think the last week in August or first week in September. Only recently has their customer service even started to understand how it works.

On another note don't forget about the one time rollover on whatever the amount of you bonus balance once you have completed the initial rollover and you bonus balance gets moved into the cash balance.

I cannot even begin to tell you all i went through before i finally ended up getting $1500. I was told so many different things by different people. I know that it is on the site somewhere. But my problem is when you take the actual bonus and what it says when you accept the actual bonus. My problem is this.

This is EXTREMELY misleading. Nowhere does it say anything when you take the bonus about anything else. They need to put something here in addition because clearly many of us take the bonus on what it says right there when you click it. At one point the on guy actual told me my cash balance has nothing to do with the rollover. So all sport bets i did and i got $280 up to over $6000 at the time , i was told did not count.
