could be hours, or could be weeks or more depending on whether they need to go to other 3rd parties for input. You also have to consider their overall motivation to help (ie if your a winning customer your not their priority)

Your best bet is to get Optional or someone else at SBR to look into it. They are an SBR rated A+ book and are quoted in countless threads by many mods as being one of the best and safest books around.

Unfortunately books rarely react when players complain on their own.

No it was not nobody in my house at all. It’s jist me and my wife. And I don’t play casino games. I only bet sports games. Maybe it was some kind of mistake on there end. I’m not sure though exactly what happend. I withdrawl 20k in last 3 days with them. Then this happend. And I only access betonline through my phone. No desk top at all.

You should be taking money out every day. Don't leave $36K in the acct before cashing out. Everyday, you have a profit, cash it out. They allow one BTC transaction per 24 hours. Change your password too every day if you need to.

I go by the rule that every one of my online accounts is easily hackable if the right person wanted to do it.

I now only keep large balances on sites that have 2FA. Not sure if Betonline does, but it does prevent someone with access to usernames and passwords accessing your account.
