    We need to talk about 1xbet
    Recently I reported my case here when 1xbet did not pay me.I have reported on several betting groups in Brazil and I have received many feedbacks from many people with the same problem.

    This for example received the following answer after having won a canceled bet.

    security-en@1xbet.com escreveu:

    Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:
    Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
    -bet cancellation;
    -closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded;
    -filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.
    Effective as of 1 January 2011
    The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.
    We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company. Please, notice, that all the accounts created again in the system will be closed,bets will be annulled, deposited funds will be in hold and used on the expenses related with the investigation and blocking.
    Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.
    All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored. You can withdraw the amount of your deposit.4

      Unfortunately I don't think there's anything to be said about 1xbet that hasn't already been said. Do a search of our forum and you'll see all the other people in the same boat as you sadly.

        1xbet got upgraded recently. Don't you think this will encourage some people to register? Let's say up to 5% of those newly registered customers will get scammed and come back to SBR with scam accusations. What will you tell them? That you already warned them before?

        SBR's position regarding 1xbet is a bit schizophrenic imo

          If anyone is willing to sign up to a D book after us warning people for over a decade about doing so, then there's not much that can be done. I have nothing to do with the ratings and can only assume if it did get a slight lift that would be because it has made some effort to communicate with SBR and attempt to rectify accounts from how bloody long ago. I would never ever recommend anyone sign up there in its current state nor have I ever seen an SBR staff member do so. B+ or up books only please and even then please do your due diligence obviously

              And yet...a rating upgrade does send a very mixed message. If only 1 person signes up thanks to this "rating upgrade", I would blame it on SBR. It's a terrible thing to do and very ambiguous. If a "willingness to communicate" is enough to get a rating upgrade, then Topbet should probably be lifted off from that F rating and get a solid B. Same goes for DSI. Other things are going on here and SBR should drop them to F, not give them an upgrade. I'm willing to go as far as to call it scandalous behaviour by SBR.
