    1xbet the way of works
    A year ago 1xbet blocked my account with funds.
    Everything was fine until I won a few coupons in a row. A message appeared to my eyes that the account is suspended and requires additional verification. I have sent all the required documents with strange services that I am working in accordance with Russian law and exchanging 5-7 emails with them (although it could be one message).

    Finally, they said I had to send a letter with a notarial confirmation of my address, a notarial confirmation of my ID card and a photo with visible face and these documents to the Russian address to indicate that the letter could not be sent with acknowledgment of receipt. Having such documents, they could do anything for my data, especially in this country, and I could not even have to confirm that I gave them such documents. So I gave up.

    A few days ago, I decided to renew my case and sent a message to them. They replied it was too late and I should have followed their instructions and when I wrote that I would forward the case to an independent SBR institution, laughing to my face, they said good luck to me.

    In no other country would such a case be legally possible, which is why 1xbet is based in Russia.Although there are many threads on the forum on this topic, I would like to caution everyone before this "bookmaker?" everything is fine until you win.

            I'm not disputing anything you've said but I don't know of any book that re-opens a case after a year.

              I'm not surprised anymore to see 1xbet with the word "scam" in the same sentence..

                I couldn't do anything a year ago. I thought during this time 1xbet changed its policy and wanted to raise its SBR credibility ranking - I was wrong.

                It's worth adding that 1xbet has a really good live offer (comparable to 365) and really high odds, but it's all just an illusion because you can not make money from them, that's why they can afford it.

                  I'm not blaming you and i'm not defending 1xBet. I wouldn't deposit any money with them. I'm just saying that books i'm familiar with, (which are UK books), have a time limit on such issues. If I placed a bet on the 2024 US election i'd still only have 6 months after the result to produce my betting slip. Beyond that time limit I would be at the book's discretion.

                  I'm curious as to how you think 1xBet should handle documents and KYC issues. Would you have been happier sending documents outside of Russia and receiving them back from another country? I don't want to infer anything but I could understand if people in Russia didn't want to draw attention to themselves by receiving mail from outside Russia.

                  I've never had to go through the KYC procedure. My address would show on a Google Earth street view. I'd like to think a video posted of me at/outside that address with identification documents would be enough. I can also understand why this would not be possible for some people and a bad idea for other people.

                      @semibluff

                      I made a mistake by setting up an account there, but a year ago there was not much information about them.
                      Writing to 1xbet after one year, I was 95% sure that I will not get any money back. I just wanted to check if anything has changed. The problem is not when I spoke to them, the problem is they are just scammers.

                      It depends what kind of documents it is. Documents that 1xbet asks for I wouldn't send to anyone. And even if it would not change anything, because it seems to be like you say.

                      This is how they works. 1xbet block your account by covering up an incomplete KYC. Even though before (before you win) your account was fully verified.

                      Yes, I filed a complaint a few days ago, but I have not received an answer yet.
